Get the Vicky's burrito:) We went for breakfast on a Friday. Plenty of seating but we were told it gets PACKED for lunch and dinner. Breakfast on the weekends gets busy too.

Highly recommend the chicken fried steak or chicken fried chicken if you need a change. Always take the banana pudding if it is available. It is the best ever.

After pulling up and taking our first look, we almost pulled back out. Glad we didn't! This restaurant was very homey and obviously frequented by many locals- a good sign. We had driven by this location many times, but had never stopped. We had some friends that suggested it so we met them at the restaurant. Parking can be a problem for the lunch crowd even though they have a good size lot. I had to park on the street several doors down. When you go in you find a table and seat yourself. Back in Amarillo for a visit and wanted an oustanding breakfast. Only one choice we know of. Always has been Youngbloods. Formerly the Stockyards and they've moved to a great location. I've only been here for breakfast but the burritos are big and there is no way to finish half a cup of coffee before it is refilled. The building is easy to find with GPS. The cafe is tucked inside the building.
