We had already eaten dinner, and were wanting ice cream. This was close to our hotel. It is a small mom & pop, seemingly "locals" establishment. It was full of wonderful antiques. There were basic ice cream choices with a huge variety of sundaes, splits, floats, shakes, malts, etc. It took 15 minutes for us to decide what we wanted,... More

Malcolm's is a classic, hometown favorite. It is an excellent place for travelers and people passing through, for it is located conveniently off of I-40 and near a handful of hotels. As you enter the restaurant, you automatically feel welcomed and get a since of good ole fashion hospitality. From the antique decor to the friendly staff to the best... More

I liked the casual atmosphere, the food was simple but hearty and good. I have tried several of their meals and everything I tried from the egg salad sandwich to the burgers has been very tasty.

It's a delicious blast from the past with old fashioned ice cream sodas, floats and hand-dipped shakes....not to mention the best burger I've had. The ambiance adds a more old-timey feel with neat antiques all over. Go to Malcolm's if you want good food and one-of-a-kind ice cream in a cool, old fashioned environment.

I am very picky when it comes to my burger . This was the best I ever had . It's so good it makes you want to slap your moms. Ok joking but it was awesome. The staff was awesome. All the servers acknowledged me and asked several times if I need anything. This place is a must go. Didn't... More

I've eaten it all. Burgers, Reuben's, and party melts. Onion straws are the perfect side dish. The regular-sized chocolate shake will put you in a coma. The other desserts are just too much for mere mortals. Hope my last meal is here.

I like the patty melt here with french fries. Of cource I have to have a cherry side car soda to go along. Been eating here for 15 years and for a little local shop it is hard to beat for simple food and where else can you get the soda?
