Looking for something unique

The burgers were absolutely incredible and the portions huge. The kids meals were like 3 bucks. This is quite literally a hole in the wall place but exceeded all of our expectations!! The waitress was an absolute doll. We will make this part of our trips to the canyon every time!

It's small, cramped and everything else about a building that wouldn't make you want to go there. STOP! This is a great little hamburger joint that will amaze you. Don't expect fancy; expect good food. The hamburgers are made to order with just about whatever you want on them. The fries are good and the portions large. There are only... More

This place was amazing! Huge burgers, they leave a roll of paper towels on the table and you will need them! I had the bacon cheeseburger, cooked perfectly, ordered it with a raw onion instead of grilled, huge slice of the sweetest onion I've ever had a burger! Make sure to get the Green chile fries!!

Hubby and I were driving through Amarillo on our journey to parts east and were starved. Found Coyote Bluff on T A and were we glad we did! We arrived fortuitously right after they opened for lunch, so were able to be seated right away. We both got a cold Lone Star beer straight from the bathtub. We ordered onion... More

Found this hole in wall gem on Trip Advisor. Few tables but great food. I had green chile cheeseburger and we shared some great onion rings. Had to wait outside for short period. No inside waiting. Furnished water pistols to keep cool and you could get some cold beer and pay when you went in to eat. Fully recommend.

The line moved very fast. The service was fast. amazing that only two servers ran the floor. Ice cold beer; just look at the bathtub full o beer. If I had to complain it would be I wish the jalapeños were hotter, that's mother nature's call not the restaurant.

After watching a segment on the Food Network channel about this place claiming to have the "hottest hamburger in Texas," we wanted to try it. I had a cheeseburger which was nice, juicy, and delicious! My traveling companions, who ordered the "hottest hamburger in Texas" said they were delicious, but they had had hotter. (We are from South Texas, so... More

I have tried to go to this place for over a year while i am working in this part of the country. It is EXTREMELY busy. I was expecting the best hamburger to ever sink my teeth in. While it is good ,and I will rate it in the top 5 or top 10. It is nothing more than a... More

Agreeing with other reviews, very good hamburgers. A bit meaty for my tastes, but most people prefer that. Good variety of highly spiced hamburgers. We had the green chili cheeseburgers. Worth another stop. Not far off the Interstate so pretty convenient. Small place, could be crowded.
