Traveling to the Southwest, we found this place by accident. Pulling into the parking lot, I had some misgivings. Not a car in sight and the place looks decrepit. About 2 minutes to 11 (their opening time) cars started flying into the lot. We ventured in and I found out why. Probably the best burgers ever! I had the all-American... More

I had a great burger, basket of fries and ice cold Lone Star. A claw foot tub of beer and ice greats you when you walk in. The waitress was friendly, but not bubbly but seemed much nicer to the regulars. I was there at 1, w/o much of a wait, but I bet the wait is long right at... More

Bought some visiting friends here who so wanted to try it because of man vs food, quaint, friendly and a great burger, couldn't have asked for more, chilli cheese fries were shared between four and were great!

Come for the burger, enjoy the atmosphere. We are regulars. My favorite is the chili cheese burger and fries.

Great Steaks, Busy place with great waitstaff. I recommend all out of town guests eat there. Can't go wrong.

This restaurant is in an incredibly small building. There were at least twenty people waiting outside. Okay, that's a good sign, right? Food must be good? We walked inside to put our name on the list, and we were told to "Get out! You have to wait outside!", and the waitress actually pointed her finger towards the door. Unbelievable. There... More

Jalapeño poppers were still frozen when they were served to us. Burgers were very good and had a wide variety of toppings. Long wait outside in 90+ degree heat and very crowded seating inside. Would have been nice if they'd posted cash or check only payment option on the outside - just happened to notice it on a chalkboard as... More

This is one of the best dives I have ever been to. This is definitely what you would consider a hole in the wall, but don't dives and hole in the wall places usually have the best food. Well Coyote Bluff does. It is rated the #2 restaurant in Amarillo. They only have one kind of steak, rib-eye, and do... More

Passing the numerous chain restaurants on our way into Amarillo last week, we pulled over and checked Trip Advisor for something different. The reviews led us here and were certainly on point. Great burger, great fries, cold beer, friendly service. A bathtub full of beer on ice and a full parking lot. What more could you want? Arrive early -... More
