Small place, big character!

Came late night right before closing and had great service and good food. Nice cut of steak and some really good french fries on the side. Bathtub full of beer was a cool touch. Everyone was really friendly food was fresh and fast, would highly recommend to a friend!

Some of the best hamburger around. Place is small, so if the parking lot is full so is the restaurant. Yet it is worth the wait.

Have to try this place if u are in Amarillo. It is very small inside but the food is great and the service is awesome. The hot burger is very good but hot. :). The salads are even good! The atmosphere inside is great. Lots to see on the walls. Lots of dust on stuff but that is what makes... More

My son had to try the crazy hot hamburger they have here. It was ok tasting a little too much on the tobacco sauce side. Overall the burgers are good and fries are good flavored. The "sell" is more towards the restaurant. Its the quaint little off the wall burger shop that sells the burgers. They are good not great!... More

Seriously good burger and REAL fries. Only waited a few minutes to get inside. Grabbed a beer and asked waitress how to pay. She said "just bring the bottle in with you when you get a table." Just that kind of place. Good food. Good people.

If you like rustic Americana, this place is for you. The burger patty was very tasty; however the bun was drenched in grease on the outside of the bun. The homemade thin cut fries were seasoned great; however, the fries were under cooked. Onion rings were very greasy too. It was a shame, the flavored were spot on.....just added grease... More

From the moment we walked in on our recent trip through Amarillo, the staff was super friendly. Service was good, beer was ice cold, and the food was wonderful. I love finding little hole in the wall places that give people pause from the outside, but dish out food that warms your soul and satisfies your taste buds on the... More

If you pass by the toilets filled with plastic flowers in front, you will miss the coldest beer, best burger and friendliest staff EVER. It's a treat and a must when driving through Amarillo.

Best home done burgers, fries and onion rings! An overload of food, you won't leave hungry! This place is always busy so get there early. You won't be disappointed if you are hungry for a real burger and fries!

We loved the food and the ambience! The staff was friendly and the burger was monstrous! Glad we stopped at the Big Texan for pictures and then ate here!
