This is gourmet pizza as I have never tasted before. Brick-fired at 575 degrees, the crust is thin and both crispy and chewy at the same time. The ingredients are fresh and the tomato sauce is very light with small chunks of tomato. My personal favorite is the Johnny Drama which includes fresh garlic, pine nuts and whole basil leaves.... I think I got really excited after reading some of the reviews of thus place so I was a bit let down when I finally made it here. They do have about 6 craft style beers on tap with a nice selection in bottles and cans. The menu for pizzas is wide so that helps yoy find anything you might... More

Rode in from Houston on my way to Colorado and ordered a CLK pizza (fresh basil, mushrooms, sausage and pepperoni), with a couple of oat meal stouts. The pizza was the bomb, absolutely fabulous brick fired napolitano style and the stouts went down like chocolate milk. They had The NFL games on to keep us entertained, but the pizzas and... More

The atmosphere here is great! Very trendy and unlike many places in Amarillo. But the pizza is not to my liking. It's thin crust, not too many toppings, and not worth the price. If you want to drink beer and visit with friends, this is a good place. if you want really good pizza, go somewhere else.

This is one of my favorite places to go regardless if it's date night or dinner out with the kids. The environment is casual, but hip. Apps & Salads are delicious, and the pizza is better than any other I've had! First location is cozy, second is roomy with short waiting times. The sangria is to die for, and they... More

Always busy but worth the wait, the pizza is always delicious. Our favorite is the "Omni", give it a try.

This is a fairly new location for the 575 as they have another location also in town. This one is just as good and better as it is larger with more seating. We made our own pizzas and they were perfect to our taste.

Just passing through town and decided to give it a try due to the reviews. SO worth the stop. Coming from Philly, we haven't found any pizza that compared to the East coast until now. I'm just sad we don't live closer.

I stopped over in Amarillo on a return trip from Colorado to DFW. I remembered the 575 Pizzeria from my last time through town so I thought I would go back and see if it was as good as I remembered from 3 years ago. I stepped into the place and it was buzzing with business. Always a great sign... More
