I have been going since they opened and have never had a bad experience or bad food ever. Always great service. Always prompt.. Rarely do we have to wait to be seated no matter what time we go. They have a great selection of food and always fresh, looks good, and tastes great. The atmosphere is nice..not too loud even... More

Our family meets every Sunday at this Chili's. We enjoy a drink before dinner with the always cheerful bartenders, Erika and Michael, then off to our table for a delicious meal served by waitress extraordinaire, Ronda. No matter how any times we visit this Chili's, we are always astounded by the extra special service, fresh food, and attention to details.

The burgers were just ok. The fries were cold and soggy. First and last time I'll get anything to go there.

We love this Chili's. Sometimes they get real busy but the food in the past has always been good. Tonight however the Steak had a funny taste like it was old. The macaroni and the mashed potatoes tasted bad. The chicken was not quite done. It was just not a good night for the food.

I am in town for a funeral and got here early. I went there to watch March Madness and have a few beers as it was a rainy day and this Chili's is close to the hotel I'm staying in. I was ready to stay there for a couple of hours, have a couple of beers and waste the afternoon.... More

I am in town for a funeral and had all afternoon to kill. I thought I'd go to the local Chili's and have a few beers and lunch. Nobody was behind the bar and I waited a few minutes, no big deal. I ordered a beer and lunch. I asked the bartender if he could turn off the closed captioning... More

Ok, I'm not a Chili's guy because they never really come through for me. But I'm not the one that chose. The service....well, one of the management staff sat us down at a dirty table....we moved. Took forever getting refills or to even get our food. The food? I couldn't even tell you because everything else that was so bad... More

The one thing about this great restaurant is it's friendly staff. We head to Chilis once we arrive in Alvin from our long haul Australian flights - We fill up big time on their fine fare and plenty of Coronas. The staff accommodate every request without a whim. Our Alvin friends simply rave about the establishment - and so do... More

Me and my boyfriend decided to come here last minute and we were glad we went. Our waitress was very nice but seemed very busy doing everyone else's job. She was still very attentive and even took off the 50 cents we were overcharged for. (it was our fault) the food was good and it was a good environment.
