This little place made me feel like I had stepped into the smallest of towns in Mexico! Food is very authentic (one customer asked what something was on he menu and she said it's 'nachos'. He asked why it didn't' just say nachos - and she responded - it does, in Spanish!)! Chips were amazing - fresh, not greasy. Salsa... More

The food is good at Alicia's. We ate there more than once on our stay and were quite pleased with our meals. The place is kind of tight-- only booths to sit in, the AC was over-matched by the size of the room and the temps outside but otherwise, it was good.

The place makes you feel like you're visiting your mexican grandma - the food, the service, the atmosphere, everything makes you feel like home! Try not only burritos - absolutely everything is superb! If you're looking for the place the locals like - this is it!

We stopped here for lunch when passing through town. It is a very small, not fancy place that serves good food. the service was VERY slow but to be fair they were in the midst of preparing a very large take out order when we arrived. All we had were the burritos but they were very tasty.

We were told that the best burgers in town were here so we decided to give the place a try. We weren't disappointed! The burgers were amazing!! While the inside is not a 5 star restaurant it's still a decent little place. We will definitely be back!

Great food, ignore the inside. We had burritos and the Mexican Plate. Wonderful homemade regional Tex-Mex. The food was extremely tasty and well seasoned. We went back a second time but got our orders to go.

Seeing the phrase "No Refunds" on every page of the menu raised a couple of eyebrows at our table. Definitely should not be described as a Mexican restaurant, more like a burger joint with a few burritos. NO alcoholic beverages and could use a wipe down of the whole restaurant and disposal of dead fly bodies. They should also have... More

Amazingly fresh and authentic food. Very homemade tasting, spicy and complex. If your idea of Mexican food is crap like On The Border, don't bother. But if you want the real deal, eat here.

Alicia's is a great place to eat for real Tex Mex food. The food is spicy (I love this) and close enough to NM to be given a choice of red or green:-)
