Our first visit to Grimaldi's and we thought the pizza was excellent; love the thin crust. The large is quite large and was plenty for four people. For the size and quality, felt it was priced appropriately. This will be a return restaurant when we visit the area again. Although it was a warm, early evening in Allen, the restaurant... More

I went today around 4-4:30 for my 3rd visit. I hadn't been there in awhile, and this visit was very disappointing. I walked in and stood there for 5 minutes. No hostess in sight. I then popped my head around and there she was...sitting down at a tall table in the bar area staring at the wall. I'm not kidding.... More

What can I say? I'm from New York and this pizza is ok, defintiely not a New York pizza. I would'nt have rated it so bad but due to the obsecene price (NY Pizza is by far better and cheaper!) I had to lash out and rebuke these guys for havinf the nerve to charge the prices that htey do.... More

I am not a big fan of pizza but I can't resist Grimaldi's thin-crust, coal-brick-oven pizza. We come here annually to celebrate my birthday. We've tasted their pizza pesto and pizza with white garlic sauce. Those are amazing. This time we tried their normal pizza with fresh tomatoes and meatball. Boy, we simply loved munching into the juicy tomato and... More

Have been here several times. Great service. Pizza is fantastic and not overpriced. Atmosphere of the place feels like an old pizzeria from long ago.

The good. Dough, sauce and cheese all delicious The bad: they tend to scrimp on the sauce cheese and additional toppings. When dining in on the weekends arrive early or you will be waiting a while for a table. With that said I still love the pizza. The calzones are awesome too.

Grimaldi's is one of the three best pizzeria's in Allen. The coal fired, thin crust deliciousness that comes out of this kitchen is really hard to beat. If there's one thing I would add to the menu, it's pineapple for the pizza. I realize pineapple is a bit of a sacrilege to diehard pizza purists, but it's delicious. The salads... More

My husband and I had lunch here more than once. The pizza is delicious. The house salad is also good. The service is always great and the wait is always helpful.

Been to this place a few times and the pizza is awesome if eaten there. To-go isn't the same since it's a thin crust & the cheese cools off so quickly (10-15 minutes it's cold). When it's cold the cheese is rubbery & there isn't much sauce...reheating it isn't very good. Typically, I love left over pizza. The thing that... More

We obviously like this place or otherwise why would we keep coming back. Have been back several times since the last review however it was the wife's birthday coupon (a free pizza) that made us return in February. There is a Chicos across the street and that is where "it" all starts. A trip there for some new outfits and... More
