Still got it

I hadn't eaten at Lefty's for at least ten years but I have to say it is still the same. Great seafood, good prices and service. The crowd was mixed - young and old, and there is a good energy about the place (a Friday evening) All four of us were happy with our food-straight ahead lobster... read more

A small restaurant in a hidden strip center in Addison, TX. The menu is mainly seafood, but they serve one of the best rib eye steaks in the Dallas area. All the seafood dishes are very good.

We live more than an hour away, but this place is more than worth it. We always have the steamed clams appetizer and we also try something new when we go. This time we tried the crab claws. They were good, but have to say my fav appitizer is still the clams. For entre I had the bacon wrapped scallops... More

Service at this place was the best. However, I really expected more in my food order. I ordered Lefty's Pasta (really greasey and I wanted more seafood and got more sausage).....The others liked what they ordered: chicken and clam chowder. No reason to complain it was "My Bad".

Lefty's is a casual seafood place in a strip shopping plaza. The food is very good and the prices are moderate. Service was friendly, though a bit slow. Two negatives: 1. The wine list is pretty small, although Lefty's has several good choices. 2. There is smoking in the bar area, which did not bother me but surely would bother... More

Reservations for 2, Saturday 7 p.m. We walked in the door a couple of minutes prior to 7. When we entered, the fellow at the stand stared at us; didn't say anything- just stared at us. My wife gave him our name and reservation time. Still without uttering a word, he turned around, typed it in and left the podium.... More

Quit whining about smoking at the bar.... really? Thank the lord you still CAN smoke in a bar in Addison! If you don't like it... EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE! But back to the food.... I've been eating here for five years now, (stumbled across it by accident) and it never disappoints! Lobster! - Excellent! (And priced right!) Clam Chowder! - OFF... More

I live in a city where you can't smoke in restaurants or bars that are inside restaurants. The bar here is part of the dining room and they allow smoking. It nearly killed the meal for me. My daughter's lobster was great. I got the shrimp scampi and the shrimp were a little rubbery. Good waiter. The place is OK,... More

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. The bread is great. The Lobster Diablo is awesome and big enough to share. Just start off with a bowl of lobster bisque and your in business. It is a great place to eat!.
