I said no to this being the best meal I've ever had in a restaurant because there are several meals that I have loved, but Blue Mesa was AWESOME!! Our waiter was extremely nice and knew the menu off the top of his head. I had my niece with me who got free cookies just because and my sister-in-law enjoyed... More

I always love the food at Blue Mesa. The hatch chile fest was going on and we had some great dishes! The vegetable plate is amazing and their street corn is to die for! Check out my full review and photos below! http://wp.me/p4RyAk-22

I love to eat at the Blue Mesa Grill! Especially good are the buffets. I was thrilled to have them cater a recent event since the set-up was gorgeous on my kitchen island and the food, as usual, was excellent. My out-of-town guests were "wowed" by the display and the quality of the meal.

We went to the old location on Beltline only to find an abandoned building. As we were leaving, we noticed Blue Mesa across the street in a new location. We were so excited to have found it. We were seated and were told that since we were having the Sunday brunch, we could head to the buffet by the host... More

Place was crowded. We were with a church group; about 20. My wife and I ordered the shrimp cocktail - good, very tasty. Thought this was a good start. Wrong! Our food was bland, even the fajita was bland - meat wasn't tough but almost tasted like eating card board. To make matters worse, I had to pay an extra... More

This was my first time to the Blue Mesa Grill, and I was very disappointed in the food. The decor is beautiful, the service was good, the drinks were good, the sweet potato chips were wonderful!!! We went on a Wednesday night for the Gulf Seafood Buffet, and it was poor quality, quantity and choices. There was very few seafood... More

Okay. They moved locations. They are on a side street off the Tollway in Addison. THey are in a HUGE space made even bigger and used to be occupied by a pretty good but quickly closed OUNCE steakhouse. This place reminds me a bit of Manuel's in Austin. Good to very good and a bit upscale. Those Crab and Shrimp... More

We came on a particularly busy afternoon apparently. We stood in line for a table for 10 minutes without seeing a host. We finally just sat ourselves at a table where some people were leaving. They said they had been there for an hour and hadn't seen a service and were going to the bar. Well.. nothing different when we... More

The food was good, as usual. However, my water glass had something floating in it. When I alerted our server, she said, oh, it looks like a piece of paper from a straw. (There was no straw) She brought me another glass of water. The glass felt gritty and looked filmy, like it was not cleaned very well. The server... More
