Not and not

This was not what we were expecting. I'd been led to believe - maybe from their advertising - that the waiters were the "show" for the young people in our group and that it would be a fun evening... Not. We saw a couple of interesting looking waiters but ours, the riddler supposedly, wasn't even... read more

I will just say that it was so bad that we left and went to Walmart to go tho the bathroom and wash our hands. The food was disgusting - the place was dirty and run down. I won't talk about the bathroom.

1st time we went kids had a great time although we all noticed it was a little shabby. Broken stuff everywhere. Waiter was great - jack sparrow & there was a guy doing card tricks. Fun. This time I'm not even sure who our waitress was. A pirate winch? I specifically asked for a particular table & he sits us... More

Went to the Magic Time Machine for the first time in about 15 years. Here's a brief synopsis: The food is just average and way over-priced. The chef needs to investigate the use of seasonings. They can help. The atmosphere is great, especially for kids and special occasions. It's kind of like the restaurant in "Pulp Fiction", except it's for... More

The food selection is limited mostly each entrée is a protein, potatoes and the side car salad bar (an actual car), however if you order the Roman Orgy you get a song and a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables with your meat and fish. The staff are dressed as fictional characters from literature, film as well as comics. Our... More

Recently visited Magic Time Machine in Addison, TX (beside Hooters) and decided to get the Baby Back Ribs. I recently won a restaurant.com gift certificate for $50. (You have to spend at least $100 to use the $50 gift certificate). The atmosphere was festive and entertaining. Upbeat and lively, and memorable. My wife loved it. It was like an after... More

We love this place! It was our second time and it never disappoints..the magician, waiters and waitresses dressed as movie characters and the drink potions are just a few of the great things they offer!!

From the time you walk in to the time you leave, the magic time machine is an event the kids wont forget. You are greeted with a face painter and ballon artist for the kids. The waiters are in costume and character the entie time. Food is not so good but hey we are paying to be entertained!

The only reason to show up here is if you have children or have to go to a child's birthday. The food is not only over priced but it's mostly terrible. I find myself mostly eating the bread. The menu has been the same for years and they don't even make an effort to improve the quality. You come here... More
