The best thing about SCB are the free rolls. The brisket I had was somehow both fatty and dry. The sides were unremarkable and the BBQ sauce flavorless. The food is served cafeteria style, other than the rolls which are brought to you.

Enjoyed lunch here. The ribs are mouthwatering and the meat falls off the bone. Coleslaw was also yummy. While we didn't try it they offered homemade peach cobbler with ice cream. The aroma it put off was tempting but we were simply too full.... Maybe next trip

Very good tasting down to earth barbecue. Stopped here on business trip to the region and was pleasantly surprised. Cafeteria style ordering a serving, and the noting special about the sitting area, but just good tasting food. The rolls are outstanding and they come around passing out all you can eat. I had brisket and ribs; both were excellent.

I tried the ribs and beef/sausage combo and both were delish! The ribs are a healthy portion - I had enough for lunch. Easy take out and staff is friendly. The rolls are yummy and a must try!

Located just south of Belt Line on Midway, this Spring Creek offers excellent Barbeque chicken, ribs, and sausage along with some tasty sides. Due to the increase in costs of beef, the prices here have gone up a bit since our last visit but easily understood. Only gripe I have is the interior seating area of the restaurant gets very... Overall, this is a pretty good bbq joint. The give you all the sides that you can fit on your plate, and the ribs were both flavorful and tender.

For quick BBQ it is the place to go. Food is decent, but for the price they could serve you more meat than what they do. Be prepared to be filled by veggies and bread rather than protein. You want dessert you have to pay extra. Another inconvenience are their hours. They close too early in the evening. Normally when... More

The bbq was good. The sides were average. The prices were a little high in my opinion. You go down a buffet line and choose what you want. No waitress'.

I was looking a taste of Texas BBQ and think I found it. Tried the beef dinner and it was very good. Good quantity and quality. Staff was friendly and the place was clean. I'd go back if I'm ever in Addison again.
