We keep coming back because of the variety. You can select from at least 100 different items just in the sushi area which is a third of the food displays. Great choices in meats, grilled, BBQ'd, fried, hot pot, stir fried, baked and smoked. One of my favorites is the king crab table, worthy of at least two trips. This... More

If I could, I'd move in and never leave. My husband went this past weekend and I must say, I have to go more often. The sashimi is to die for. The fresh Salmon melts in your mouth, the smoked salmon is.....OMG, the alt! If you are anywhere near this restaurant, DO NOT DRIVE BY. Stop and go in, you... More

I've been to Tokyo One many times and it is an outstanding value for the quality of food. It is a buffet style restaurant but the sushi and rolls are all made fresh throughout the day. The sashimi is outstanding and on all of it there is a wide selection. The hot plates are great with made to order noodles... More

We were here for a business dinner and a party of seven. We all had great sushi, soup, crabs, and even raw oysters! I didn't mind that there were only a few rolls, because they made up for it by having so many choices of sashimi. Warm sake was a great choice! Well worth the dinner price. Will be back... More

Sushi/Sashimi/Rolls are standard fare. Not top notch, but you get quantity. =) Great offering of food and actually nice desserts, which is odd for this type of place. Love it here. They need to change their Muzak though. Eating sushi to "Edelweiss" was kind of weird. Def one of my favorites in Addison.

I like a good chines buffet on occasion if fresh and my wife disdains even those. But this one is truly exceptional. A bit pricey but get over it if you care for fresh, well prepared food, great variety, spotless clean and attentive staff. Eight different soups, prepared to order and brought to your table. We are not big sushi... More

I don't like raw fish. It's not the idea of the rawness - it's the taste. However, my husband and two kids both love it, so when my daughter comes home on leave from the military, we almost always go to a Japanese restaurant. This time it was Tokyo One. There's plenty to make a meal from without eating the... More

Each time I have been here it was very good. Service is excellent, everything is very clean, food is fresh. A tough thing for a buffet. Worth the trip if you are in Addison.

We ate at Tokyo One several years ago on a trip to Dallas and based on how good it was then, we looked forward to trying it again this trip. To put things in perspective, we stopped in for a Sunday lunch on Labor Day weekend. I ate mostly sushi and sashimi. My wife mostly ate other things on the... More
