From the onset of service at the door to the final piece of chocolate s'mores.... I can't say enough good things about the restaurant. Try the filet but be warned it's plenty and do not leave without a dessert. Plan time ahead and enjoy the evening ... Tangerine martinis are always good way to start as well!!

Absolute best place on earth - honest! We have been going to the Melting Pot for years. It is simply my favorite place to eat. We were crushed when the Addison location closed down and went as far as Arlington to fill the fondue gap. We were absolutely ecstatic when they reopened, and pleasantly surprised with the new ownership. The... More

We went here for an anniversary dinner and were not disappointed. They had out rose petals on the table for us to help with the ambiance of the evening. The food and service were definitely good but he chocolate fondue at the end of the meal was certainly the best part of the evening. The only discouraging factor was that... More

When arrived at 7:30PM on a Thursday evening and were seated right away (we had made reservation ahead of time). The menu was explained to us, as we had never been to a fondue type restaurant before. Our waitress, I think her name was Julia (she was also training another new hire), did an fantastic job. I was skeptical before... More

Five of us met and had a wonderful time and terrific food. We started with Swiss cheese fondue and fiesta. Personally, the Swiss is out of this world yummy. We each had a salad, cold, crisp and tasty. The main course included lobster shrimp filet chicken and veggies. Then of course the classic chocolate and turtle desserts. Service was good,... More

My party of 6 made a reservation for 9 PM on 12/31/2013, we arrived at 8:25 and were not seated until 9:45 (our entire party was there on time). While waiting to be seated there were NUMEROUS booths that were open that would accommodate our party, yet we still had to wait an additional 45 minutes after our reservations. When... More

First, the atmosphere - Dark, candles, lots of booths, tables spaced for privacy. In spite of the size, and number of guests, not very noisy at all. Next, the service - Pretty good - waitress had been there before the closing and came back. She was pretty good 'table side', but we felt a little neglected when she didn't come... More

This was the first time I ate at melting pot and wished I went elsewhere. Server was terrible. Sometimes has to ask 3 times for things. He was super slow. Plus, he even forgot things that are common to melting pot (never did see any garlic wine seasoning) Then when it was brought up he literally ignored the comment. This... More

I am no expert on fondue, but I thought it was a very fun (albeit pricey) and tasty experience. I had a Daddy/Daughter date night with a party of five. We had reservations for 7:30 on a Sunday evening, but when we showed up early, we were able to be seated within about 10 minutes. All of my girls thought... More

Online reservations for 4 at 7:00. We were seated at 7:20. Received our first course, a Swiss and Gorgonzola fondue that had a bitter wine after taste which all four agreed. 20 minutes later we received our salads. We completely exhausted our drinks, salads and fondue 30 minutes before stew pot for main course arrived. Another 20 minutes passed before... More
