Upscale fondue

This restaurant is expensive for fondue but the food is excellent. We went with the family for a special occasion. We had two types of cheese fondue and both were excellent. We have been to this Melting Pot location before and had a good experience, but this time it was exceptional! First, the waitress (Roxanne) was absolutely amazing. She was so professional, efficient and knowledgeable. She knew her menu and she definitely knew fondue. She explained the entire process (including the "rules" about not mingling the raw meats with the cooked... More

Great place to go for fun! Love going here with my husband. It is so nice to spend several hours visiting, preparing food, nice wine selection and the staff is knowledgeable.

My friend and I did the Moonlight at the Melting Pot menu - a cheese course, a chocolate course, and a bottle a wine - and would highly recommend it. The wait staff was very nice and knowledgeable about their menu.

The location of this restaurant is very odd. It's on the second floor of a building above a 7-11. We had an 8pm reservation and arrived on time. Nobody else was in the lobby. After waiting a couple of minutes, the hostess came out from behind a wall and checked us in. In the interim, another couple came in behind... More

Have Ben a couple of times now. Pricey and that is one of the reasons we have only gone a couple of times. This time was for a "milestone" birthday celebration for my wife. We did the four course meal with the associated wine flight (3 oz pours of a complimenting wine with each course). Seems simple enough but, like... More

My boyfriend and I enjoyed dinner here on Valentine's Day! We had a 9:15 reservation and I believe we were sat exactly at 9:15. We arrived a smidge beforehand so we enjoyed a cocktail at the bar. I will say the drink was mixed very strong and the waitstaff seemed annoyed that they were there. I get it...9pm on Valentine's... More

My husband and I have been looking forward to going to the melting pot for sometime. We have done fondue at home many years and couldn't wait to skip the prep work. Little did we know that Valentines day night we would spend dealing with the worst FOOD POISONING we have ever experienced. When we called to let them know... More

The service was terrible, they took our food order before we could order our drinks, we wanted to have a few adult beverages but did not get them until 30 minutes after arriving, the whole process took way too long, it was over 3 hours

A very fun fondue experience. We were there for a Sunday brunch and our waiter (Cade) could not have been nicer and extremely helpful as it was our first time there. He made suggestions and explained everything perfectly. We did the 4 course experience. Cheese, salad, entrees and dessert. It is pricey but was so much fun you really didn't... More
