Catfish was crispy and fresh, fried shrimp was crispy and boiled shrimp (humongous) with potatoes and corn were good with a tad of spicyness. Kiddos ordered kid meals....not enough food... read more

This is one of my very favorite lunch spots in the Addison/Beltline Rd. area. Very small place with some seasonal outdoor seating. You order at the register and can watch the cooks prepare your food or grab a table and wait for them to call you to the serving counter. Food is always amazingly fresh, lots of daily and seasonal... This place is downright yummy. They had fantastic hush puppies, their fries were really good and the shrimp was excellent. Even the cocktail sauce gets top billing.

Consistently great food. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Quick service. Great beverage selections with wine and beer. Wonderful outdoor eating area. For great seafood at a reasonable price this is the place.

I was very disappointed with my food. I ordered two catfish fillets with fries, a side order of coleslaw, a slice of key lime pie, and a bottle of beer. Make sure you go online and read the menu before going here. The cashier expects you to order immediately. I explained it was our first time there and we wanted... More

My first visit found a short self-serve line to order many choices of fish, fifty cent oysters and even crab legs. Pricing is very reasonable. I ordered the Catfish filets with fries and hush puppies. Note: Very good Tartar Sauce - good flavor, and a choice of a dozen hot sauces. The Key Lime Pie is fabulous, especially for $3.99!... More

We satisfied our seafood craving with a #6 basket: 2 lightly breaded butterflied shrimp, 2 oysters, and a catfish fillet with coleslaw. The breading was so light the fish taste was not diminished. Great hushpuppies and crispy fries. Fast friendly, service.

Ohhh this little sea food joint, was splendid!, so what sold me at first was their Sunday $50. oyster specials, but once we got there I ordered the fish tacos which were so good. This is a great little place to have a bite is not elegant as is more in the casual side. Is located in a nice area,... More

Happened upon this restaurant while checking out the grand opening of the newest Whole Foods Market in Addison. How lucky to have found Flying Fish! Casual atmosphere where you go to the counter and place your own order. We sat outside on picnic benches. Very pleasant staff, and they don't try to upsell you. The girl who took our order... More
