Cute place

Good food - I had the reuban sandwich, my sister had the chicken sand. Good service. And a bar area you can go to after lunch and have a cigarette and a nice glass of wine for a reasonable price. What more can you ask for. We enjoyed. Went with no recommendations - were in town for the weekend... read more

Late night for drinks and appetizers with another couple. They frequent The Londoner as they occasionally smoke and this place still allows smoking. We are former smokers and thus the problem. It was not busy but a majority of the patrons were smoking. We put up with it for a couple rounds of drinks and appies but our clothes reeked... More

Not strictly a Brit-pub menu but plenty of variety. I had the shepherds pie...good as any I've had. Others have already noted spotty service this was no different. Our server was pretty attentive until she left the bill...then she disappeared. I had to pay the bartender or else make sleeping arrangements with the manager... Appetizers and dinner also came too... More

Been several years since I had been to this location. Always enjoyed the patio, but now it is covered (mesh?) which seems to bottle in the heat a bit. A few seats remain uncovered. Got there Friday at 5, and it was never as crowded as it used to be. Don't understand that as the food is still good (cheese... More

Food here can be good but service is very undependable. If you sit on the patio you may have to go and find a server, more than once. This is a nice place to take your dog and sit on the patio. Service inside is much better though so if you want to eat and leave, go inside. Some menu... More

There are fish n chips and Shepperd's Pie but also a lot of Southwestern Nachos and such stuff too. The fish and chips are good but not great. I can't say a lot good about the rest of the menu, but not much bad either. The place is clearly more a bar than restaurant and even at lunch the smell... More

It was the worst service I ever got in any other place. We came there to watch the world Cup Game and were disappointed to have driven 30 min and not to stay at home.Even waving and jumping didn't help the waitress to notice us being right in front of us as she was busy embracing male visitors. She took our order... Went to this pub to watch the World Cup soccer games while having a few beers. They have an excellent collection of tap beers and bottled choices imported from all over the country. They even had one of my favorite German wheat beers, Pauliner. The atmosphere is designed to resemble an old British Pub in London and they succeeded as... More

The room looked like a British Pub only twice as large. This caused it to lose some of the friendly, cozy feeling I got in the real pubs in England. The selection of scotch whiskey was limited and I did not try the beer. I had Fish and Chips which was, except for the thickness of the breading done to... More

I've had meat pies in England and Australia; this was the best meat pie I've ever had. Large chunks of tenderloin baked in an individual pie were still medium rare and absolutely delicious. The architechture, the mixture of brick and wood, contributed to the great pub atmosphere.
