We stumbled upon this downtown restaurant when the one we had picked out was full with a 45 minute wait and no place to sit while we waited. It turned out to be a lucky find - we both had the "Southern Mix" platter, which was delicious. Good sized portions without being obscene. My husband also had a dinner salad,... More

When we sit in the dining area, service is usually great regardless of the amount if people in the restaurant. This visit we decided to sit in the bar area. We were the only ones there and the service was lackluster at best. The same bartender is always there. Maybe he was having a bad night. Other than that, the... More

I ordered a chicken Caesar salad which in my opinion is pretty hard to mess up. The chicken was so dry I sent it back (which I never do!). The second time I received my order it wasn't any better. I ordered take out from Abi-Haus on my way home. My husbands meal wasn't much better.

We made a reservation for an early dinner before my younger sister's graduation here, and enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. Their menu is American with a lot of spices added as a twist, and the atmosphere is certainly more formal than your traditional chain restaurant, which is often where bigger groups find success. I certainly suggest you give it a try for... More

I've eaten here many times, and it's our 'default' venue for meet-ups. The manager/owner, Kevin, is always welcoming, and the service friendly - I know they take it seriously, having witnessed one of the staff pep-talks. Expensive? I suppose it's a relative phrase, and there are certainly cheaper places to eat, but as a 'once a month special', I'd recommend... More

Good burger and beer. Our waiter was friendly. We were splitting meal and they did it in the kitchen. I wish we were there for dinner but we still had 300 miles to drive.

The service was very good and so was the food. Their peach tea was very good. Also their peach cobbler with ice cream was great.

Hey this place has atmosphere and a happy staff and you just know the meal is going to rock. Making a selection is a problem so just do table orders, pizza, pasta and anything on the list but save room for the peach cobbler
