Quality at a reasonable price

One of our favorite places for lunch or dinner. Never had a bad meal nor have I found a menu item we didn't like. Family owned friendly and always a great value. We eat in or out at least once a week. If you want a salad with the works order the " Diana salad" not on the menu but... read more

Tried this place for the first time and got a 16" pizza and 2 salads. I could have ordered a smaller pizza and 1 salad to share since the portions were very large. All the items were very tasty and would definitely go back and try other dishes. They have a pretty good selection of pasta, seafood, sandwiches and specialty... More

I decided to try this place out on a recommendation. I'm from NY so my expectations are relatively high. I tried a pepperoni/mushroom and spinach calzone. Both were delicious but I preferred the pepperoni/mushroom. The calzones are well sized and priced. They also have a great marinara sauce.

Interesting place, you order and pay for your pizza and then they bring it out to you. Pizza was ok, but I am from Chicago so I have very high standards for pizza. The atmosphere is clean and fast food like, tile, wood booths. Not cozy or romantic in any fashion. It is nice that you can just order one... More

Every time I visit Abilene, I stop here. Its small, and hidden, but so well worth the find. The folks that work there are Italian and speak the language while cooking. Friendly not over the top, their business is food and they mean business!

Have you ever noticed how the size of large pizza has shrunk. I mean the size of a Pizza Hut large today, is not much bigger then a small was 20 years ago. Well, that is not the case at Joe's. Joe's makes a large stuffed pizza that is so big, that most people cannot finish one piece. I once... More

A well done local place. I had been in the mood for some cannoli when II walked by and it was not yet open on a Sunday. When we went out I suggested it and the food was great from pasta to pizza. There is a menu and cash register up front to order and then you may sit down... More

You might pass right by this little unassuming place that looks like a old gas station that they took over, but if you did, you'd miss some of the best stromboli ive had. Nice lunch deals too with a salad and drink!

We stooped while traveling through Abilene and purchased a Pizza to go. We requested a pizza without tomato sauce because of health needs and we requested our own mix of ingredients. The Pizza was very good, the dough was tasty, of medium thickness and with a generous amount of ingredients. While waiting on the Pizza, I perused the menu and... More

The pizza here is something you just have to see. The slices are gigantic. Everything is made fresh. You get the family owned business feel when you are there. I would definitely go back!
