Close to the corp office, so they have to be good

Corp office is just down the road in Maryville, so they really have to stay on their toes. Friendly staff. Very clean and updated. I hoped for an experimental menu, but no such luck.

My flight from Knoxville was cancelled and I was able to get a reservation at the Courtyard by Marriott Airport in Alcoa, which is right up the street from Ruby Tuesday. After checking in to the hotel, the only game in town for dinner without getting a taxi was the Ruby Tuesday. The server we had was very nice and... More

Wait staff was not terribly friendly, but there didn't seem to b many good places to eat in this area. Our food was OK, nothing memorable.

I went in to get dinner to go and it was a nice experience. The bartender who took my order was great. I had never eaten at a Ruby Tuesday's before and I thought it was good.

While at a nearby hotel, we ordered carry out from here. Picked up food and thought all was good until we got back to hotel, changed into comfy clothes and opened up bag. There, we discovered that the restaurant neglected to include utensils with our meal. How were we to eat baked potatoes without a fork? I would have even... More

We have been coming here for years. We usually sit at the bar but were meeting friends so sat in the bar area. Our server was very busy with helping the bartender so we were mostly ignored. When we did get to order our drinks I was informed that the Cosmo was made with Triple Sec! Now why would you... More

Ate at the Ruby Tuesday the night before our flight to London. Rhonda was our waitress and was very skilled at attending to us. The food is always great at this location.

My husband and I ate at Ruby Tuesday during our stay at the Courtyard Marriott and were very pleased with our meal. The food was fantastic! The server was quite pleasant, but overall the food was the best part of the experience.

Because of circumstances in Alcoa, we were forced to eat both lunch and dinner here and we never had been to a Ruby Tuesday, anywhere. Now I know why. The food is expensive for what it is and the menu is confusing and difficult to read. For an "all American Restaurant" their offerings are absent of a club sandwich or... More
