New salad bar is fantastic!

The new salad bar has lots of variety in dressings (taste fresh made), cheeses, types of lettuce, several salads (potato, pasta), plus hummus, fresh fruit, etc. I made two trips to the salad bar and everything i tasted was very good.

Our group of 7 walked to this restaurant. We were in a hotel around the corner and didn't have a car as we were flying out early the next day. Nice place. The food was good. Most of us ordered a combo platter with an assortment on it. But the real treat was our server. I wish I could remember... More

Great service, great food and right across the street from the hotel. Very convenient. They also deliver to your hotel and will bill to your room.

My husband and I were returning home from Thanksgiving weekend in Cleveland Ohio when our car left us stranded on top of Rarity Mountain, Tennessee. After calling AAA and having the car towed to a Nissan dealer in Alcoa Tennessee, we checked in to the La Quinta Inn & Suites, got settled and headed next door on foot to Ruby... More

The bartender poured a Bourbon neat in a shooter glass. Vodka soda with a "splash" of cranberry, dark red. Food was mediocre at best. We will pass on this venue in the future. Back to Sullivan's in Maryville.

Two adults visited for lunch on a weekday. Seating was immediate and the waiter courteous and prompt. Food came out quickly and was as expected. The salad bar is the best reason to go to Ruby Tuesday and this one did not disappoint. It was well stocked and everything appeared and tasted fresh. Overall a very good experience

This is within walking distance from the Marriott. The salad bar is always delicious and they had some new menu items for lunch.

Stopped in with one other couple rather late after driving all day. The food was really good, but the best part of the meal was Shelly who was our waitress. She got us laughing and helped wash away the tension of being behind the wheel for hours.

My spouse and I had dinner at Ruby Tuesdays in Alcoa TN on 9/3/2015 at 9:30pm, the salad bar was fresh and their biscuits were fresh out of the oven. Good wait staff and friendly.
