We went in after 8 pm. Food was hot and fresh and we got good service. The salad dressing (ranch) lacked flavor. Almost like they forgot the ranch seasoning. The shrimp skewers were good, but the rice with them was awesome! Love it! The rolls were delicious and come with cinnamon butter, which my hubby loved, but not so much... More

CALL AHEAD FOR QUICKER SEATING SERVICE IS VERY GOOD and friendly. make sure you try the Road kill or the pork chop. Salmon is not as good as some other places I have eaten. Blooming onion is a great appetizer. Little noisy

We had dinner with friends here on our travel trip. The wait staff was excellent but not the food. The Pork Chops were dry, the Filet Medallion overcooked! The manager did replace both dishes with a steak which per our friends excellent. My husband Rib Eye was very fatty. My Dallas Filet was tender and cooked prefect. This place has... More

My steak was cooked to perfection! Service was good. Young waiter forgot the 10% off but immediately apologized and corrected mistake. No big deal at all.

Unfortunately, this visit was underwhelming for me. The ribeye was disappointingly fatty. Didn't eat most of it. The ribs, although they fell off the bone, had a dry finish to them. Service was ok. I was charged the Fort Worth steak and ribs add on rather than the steak and ribs combo in a different section of the menu, even... More

Our dining experience at the Texas Roadhouse in Alcoa was outstanding in every way. The restaurant was clean, great atmosphere, great service, and oh man, great food. The Country Friend Steak plate at this Texas Roadhouse is even better than at other Texas Roadhouses. Just great in every way and the gravy was creamy, rich, and delicious to no end.... More

We stopped today at about 5:30pm. There were 6 of us. Our waitress, Mary, was super helpful and very pleasant. One couple in our group ordered the beef tips with mashed potatoes and a salad, $10.99, to share. It was plenty to share and they said it was good. I had the 6 oz sirloin, baked potato and salad on... More

This restaurant had excellent service. The food was very good. The steaks were cooked exactly as ordered. The rolls are great. A tasty salad with a lot of toppings. I highly recommend it.
