Great if you don't mind eating in a meat locker

Food, service and price are all good but the restaurant is uncomfortably cold. We don"t plan to go back until fall when the air conditioner won't be blowing on us.

Excellent food, excellent service, excellent atmosphere! Cheddar's of Alcoa has it all!!! Cheddar's is a family favorite from the seven year old to the xx year old. We all have something we like on the menu more than another, but I have honestly never eaten a bad meal here. I have tried the majority of the items on the menu... More

Never had a problem with Service, Cleanliness, or the food. They have a wide variety. You get large portions at a reasonable price as well.

Food is salty and greasy no matter what you get. Its all extremely cheap and low quality. So if you need to feed an army of unpicky people this is the place to go. However if you like your heart to actually pump blood now and then you should avoid this place.

I commented on the Chix. fingers were great compared to the ones in Pigeon Forge Rest..which were like Zaxby's Pre Breaded(Nasty) Kiki was our waitress, very GOOD,kept drinks refilled, checked back several times. We took family here for dinner at their recommendation. No problem seating 8 of us. Some of us had the 8oz. sirloin steak cooked to perfection. I asked for garlic for my steak and the waitress brought me minced garlic, which I had to share with the other steak diners. All were satisfied with their meal and a good selection... More

We come here often and love the food. Just make sure to come early for dinner or you will have to wait. I have enjoyed every meal I have eaten here. I especially like the blacked fish, mac and chees and green beans. The Philly Steak Sandwich is also one of the best I have tasted.

The first time I tried their babyback half-rack smoked barbecue ribs I couldn't believe a restaurant could prepare them so well, not being a specialized barbecue restaurant. Well, I tried them again Monday night and they were just as great as the first time. Fork tender and juicy. Unless you are a big eater, you will want to order the... More

Went with family after a funeral for lunch. Loved the decor. All our relations have eaten here many times. This is the first time for my husband and I. He had a chicken salad with pecans. Not much chicken and he didn't realize the pecans were candied. It was just OK. I had the fried chicken breast with mashed potatoes... More
