Really nice spot, has been around for years. Recently added a bar and I feel the experience has really improved. Food is very good, not life changing but a as quality a meal as one can hope to find in Aiken, service is great, certainly the best in town. Atmosphere is nice, refined but comfortable. Malia's is a favorite for... More

Always dependable service and food. To us it's one of the best places to eat in Aiken and I'd recommend Malia's to everyone wanting to have a very nice dinner or lunch experience.

My husband and I chose Malia's for a special romantic dinner on a Saturday evening recently. The seafood pate we shared as an appetizer was very nice and there were even gluten-free crackers to accommodate my gluten allergy. The spinach salad was okay but nothing special. My grilled salmon with crab and creamed leeks was fabulous. My husband enjoyed his... More

Just a great place. Bette, our server was helpful and enthusiastic. Food was really good. Bean soup appetizer was fabulous. Portions were very large. This place is as good as advertised.

My experience at Malia's is that it is dependably good food and service in a very pleasant atmosphere. The menu is varied enough to please most people and the place is usually busy at lunch and dinner so reservations are suggested. Since Aiken is not a very big place it is good to have a dependable go-to place, especially if... More

Arrived late to a business lunch and in see our party, proceeded to go to the table, expecting to be expected. The maitre'd took great offense at being circumvented and and proceeded to be VERY RUDE and made an obscene comment as he returned to his station. I assume that he had never heard of "customer service". As a consultant,... More

Food was cool and rather tasteless. Waiter was distracted and complained about his problems getting the meal. The place was noisy.

Since Malia's was rated #1, my buddy and I made reservations last Wednesday evening. He always has a beer or glass of wine with dinner. I had had a long hard day, so I looked at the beer list. OMG They had Tusker beer!!!! OMG Tusker is from Kenya East Africa. I had not had one since my daughter and... More
