The sandwiches were good, the ice-cream was ok, and the service was average. Now, they were super busy for a lunch on a Friday, but to be honest it's simple dinner food that you can get anywhere. And, while the staff was friendly, they were way overwhelmed and slow. I think the AC may be broken because the dinning room... More

Betsy's on the Corner is an old fashioned soda fountain and grille with traditional favorites as well as more modern dishes. Our two generations of eaters were very happy with the variety on the menu, the food itself, and the friendly service. Something for everyone at a reasonable price and terrific ice cream desserts!

A very good place off the interstate in a very pretty downtown Aiken, SC. The chicken salad, the onion rings and the pimento cheese sandwich were all wonderful. Good service and great places. Great place for people watching.

Good diner atmosphere...kind of nostalgic. Food is always good. I have never been disappointed with food or service.

My daughter and I enjoyed a fabulous dinner here one recent rainy evening. The pimento cheese fries we shared and enjoyed. The "small" was enough to share and delicious. On a healthier note, we each had a "small" Waldorf Salad topped with grilled chicken. The portion filled a dinner plate and was very tasty and filling. Our bill was only... More

This is the type of place that fools you into thinking that your meal will be a great one. Took 15 minutes after we sat down just to get a menu. I had the worst hamburger I have ever had. Meat and bun waa very dry. Wife had a grilled cheese and said her bread was very stale. Never saw... More

My wife and I were in Aiken to visit our son and his family and our meal here was our first in Aiken. When we arrived the restaurant was full so we signed in and waited. After a short while a table was ready and we were seated. The tables were fairly close together and consequently the noise level was... More

I don't even like onion rings, but these are AMAZING!!!! They need better air conditioning. It's hot in there.

Made a day trip to Aiken and got the chance to try Betsy's. Glad we made the stop. Service was excellent despite being busy, and the sandwiches were great. Will definitely eat here again on future trips.

Son, Thad, and I ate there last Friday. Even though it was packed from 11:30 to 2:00 we got a table in short order. The fried Haddock was terrific. The service was excellent. We enjoyed our meal and suggest if you haven't tried Betsy's, you've missed a great meal!
