Great American Restaurant

We were so surprised to get in so quickly on a Saturday night and hardly anyone was there. The food was good, the waitstaff was fine, and it seemed like it was in a good area of town. The food was tasty, and the portions were large, so go hungry.

Fatz was right across the street from my office, having had good luck with this chain in the past I decided to give them a try. I was seated immediately and my server was there instantly. My waitress, Toni, was outstanding. I ordered the chicken tenders buffalo style and they were quite good. They were piping hot and cooked perfectly.... More

I was hungry but didn't want fast food so that is what led us to Fatz. Our recent visit to Fatz was pleasant. We were promptly greeted at the door by a cute young lady who seated us. She made conversation while seating us. Our waitress was just as sweet and a good server. We wanted steaks and that's what... More

I've been to this restaurant twice, and have never liked it. Food is always poor and doesn't taste very good. The ribs I had were not good at all.

Their service is very good and the food is also. I like their Shrimp 'n Veggies Harpoons and their BBQ Ribs. Have great soup that varies from day to day as what the soups of the day are, with Loaded Potato being one of them every day. They have Sunday specials that are more Country and Home Cooking Style and... More

We have been here twice now. Each time, we had great food and excellent service. Kids love the calabash chicken and fries. Mom loves the salads. Dad loves it all. It's definitely worth going!

We went here for a quick lunch while in town on business. Great selection of food. I had the baked potato soup with salad. The soup was very well done (thick, not soupy) with a lot of flavor. My co-worker got a salad which was absolutely huge. I can recommend this as a good lunch spot.

I went to Fatz in Aiken, SC on Saturday March 21 and ordered a fish sandwich. I was brought the fish dinner and instantly said that it wasn't what I had ordered. They offered to "take it back, throw away the extra piece of fish and add the bread". As I wasn't planning on eating the bread anyway, I told... More

Not sure why but this restaurant is more likely to have tables available quickly on a busy night than other restaurants in town. Service is very good; staff is friendly; and meals have a home-cooked flavor. Definitely worth a try.

We don't have a fatz in Florida where I live so when I get to visit one it's usually a treat. 9 of us went for dinner ranging from age 1 year to 71 and we were very satisfied. My calabash shrimp and fish was so humongous we will have leftovers for days! Grits were good and baked potato soup... More
