My son, who has more exotic tastebuds with fried foods than I , liked the calabash breading on the popcorn shrimp. I had a grilled chicken breast with steamed broccoli. The food was satisfactory. The price was okay and the service was excellent. No reason not to return although the experience was not special.

This is a bustling and lively restaurant and the staff look after you. There is a wide range of choice on the menu catering for those that merely require a snack and those that require a full blown meal. Service is pretty quick although it is a popular place and more than often very busy. I find it a good... More

Our first time to Fatz and it was fabulous all the way around. Calabash chicken moist, tender and delicious. Service outstanding. And fresh Ice Tea all the time. The southerners know their tea. You must try this place!!

We chose Fatz due to the proximity to our hotel and the expansive menu. The meal starts out with rolls and butter that were totally delish! I'm picky about my sweet tea but theirs was very good - and I was very thirsty. But our server, Sam, kept me loaded and reloaded with tea (and rolls!). My husband had the... More

My mom and I had lunch Monday, our waitress Teresa was wonderful! If all waitresses were as friendly as her I would go out more often! I am disappointed that the bbq chicken nachos are going to be taken off the menu since that is all I order when I got to Fatz!

Some of the items on the menu are not really to my liking. I just prefer Applebees better. Decor seems to be more cut off and darker than Applebees as well.

I felt like I was walking onto the set of Cheers. The bar is packed and everyone knows everybody else and the bartender is on a first name basis with most of the patrons. It was fun, the service good and the food decent. I had pork chops, baked potato with some veggies. Started with a Ceaser salad. Not the... More

My husband and I eat here frequently because it is good southern food, well prepared and well-priced. On Tuesday's they have a seniors menu which is always nice. We are very pleased to have them in our town. This visit was a gift certificate for my birthday from FATZ which I greatly appreciated.
