My family and I had the opportunity to get some take out. Well made and home made. We were traveling for the holiday weekend and visiting some friends. We went there on a recommendation and we enjoyed a great meal with friends.

I've been coming here since I was a kid when we lived in Pittsburgh, and make sure to visit it anytime I'm in town visiting family. It is always a MUST VISIT meal. It has been owned by the same family for years and years. The roast beef sandwich is the best meal you'll ever eat!

We had one of the BEST Reuben's we've ever tasted! Our server did an excellent job, checking on us several times--refilling our drinks, etc. Fries weren't great, but the mashed potatoes & gravy were awesome!

Their hot roast beef sandwich with homemade mashed potatoes and gravy is truly the best comfort food you could possibly eat! I have never had such a high quality of lean beef, slow cooked, sliced thin and piled between two pieces of bread with delicious homemade gravy covering it!

Yum! Gravy on the fries! Eat one of the western Pennsylvania classics. An awesome little café. Busy at times, but quick and reliable service. Locals know this is the place for lunch.

If you like the old fashioned kind of Hot Roast Beef Sandwiches, then this is the place for you. They use real shredded roast beef - not deli slices- and the gravy needs to be classified as it's own food group. YUM!

The Maple Restaurant reminds me of a 60's luncheonette, JFK era. The menu is good solid food with few frills. This place is famous for their unlimited, and delicious, beef gravy. You can have ladled all over your hot roast beef or turkey sandwich. Be sure to ask for a side dish of gravy too. Their mashed potatoes are homemade... More

This place has not changed much since the 70s so walk back in time to the place you mom and dad went on date night. The food is good with large portions, the service is prompt and efficient, and the homemade pie is to die for. They are known for hot roast beef sandwiches. No alcohol, take the kids, and... More
