Valentine's Day dinner. Wine over priced, the red spinach and beet salad dry with cut up beets no imagination or creativity. Pappardelle pesto with squash served hot plate, warm under cooked pasta and under cooked squash. The sea bass and lobster, sweet pea purée overwhelmed the sea bass, lobster sat there. They ran out of the pesto dish and the... More

My wife and I had not been to the Tuscan Inn for years. The restaurant is not very far from our home (30 minutes) and we couldn't remember why we haven't gone there is so long. Now we remember !!! The restaurant is overpriced, the service is ridiculously slow, and the food is average at best. My wife had the... More

The Tuscan Inn in Allison Park was a wonderful place to enjoy a bit of Tuscany on New Years Eve. This country inn offers a great selection of Italian dishes on its menu and many of them can be prepared gluten free! My wife and I really enjoyed the Charcuterie Platter appetizer for two and the Risotto D'Mare (risotto with... More

We decided to try this place for New Year Eve dinner. They had a limited Menu for this Occasion. The Flatbread is really good. We had the House salad which was delicious. Our main course was the Sea food risotto. all I can say is WOW. A nice portion of risotto with scallops and shrimp and a lobster tail on... More

This was always one of our favorite spots and went there for years. It is under new ownership since spring and we went there for the first time recently. The setting lost some warmth and is a bit austere. The prices are high, the portions smallish. I don't think the quality is as good as it was, but I say... More

Since 2000 Tuscan Inn has been the place I want to go for special occasions, big or small. A wonderful menu of familiar foods combined with modern prep and ingredients. Specials always available and a choice of traditional Italian and this year when my wife asked me where I wanted to go for my birthday it was the Tuscan Inn.... More

This Venue has been around for many years with a great reputation. I thought we would give it a try for an early Holiday dinner with my business associates. We had great service but that's where it ended. There were 5 of us and had we not ordered a few appetizers for the crew we would have all left hungry.... More

Over the years this restaurant has gone down hill fast. Since the new owner took over, it is horrible. The service is down right terrible. The food quality and value is even worse. Its a shame to see how bad things have gotten as this used to be a really awesome little restaurant. If he sells it, I'll buy it... More
