My family goes to Ichibans every birthday. We are never disappointed. The food is great, sometimes the service gets caught in translation but all in all a great time. We always order shrimp, steak, scallops, & chicken. Never disappointing.

Over Allentown area, it is quite decent place to eat Japanese food. But if you have ever been Japan, you would know what I mean "OK". Anyway it is a good to go to if you miss some asian food at allentown.

We visit Ichiban about once a month. We are never disappointed with the food or service and most the time we leave with a to-go box cuz we just cant finish our dinner. If your in the area give Ichiban a try. We like the chicken, steak, shrimp platters.

three people in our party witnessed an employee leaving the restroom without hand washing. We all just left and haven't been back. We did let management know, however,and hopefully that has changed. When we were going there, the food was good.

We love this style of dining, but bringing our young daughter was a mistake. There is no easy place for a child to eat. Food was still excellent though.
