Soups On!

Authentic Vietnamese food. Just a mom an pop kinda place. Nothing fancy but if you are looking for cheap eats and large plate of food you've come to the right place.

Really great food. Not many options in the area but out of all of them this place is the best. I grew up on pho but I don't make it myself. This is a great option when you can't get it homemade.

I have traveled to Southeast Asia four times and seek out food that reminds me of my trips. A friend recommended I try Pho 1. I had summer rolls which were very fresh with a great doing sauce. I also had the noodle chicken bowl which was also good. One needs to ask for utensils if one does not use... More

This place used to be awesome. I've been here a few times. It seems like it has changes owners. Just went back today to give it another shot. It was better than expected, but not like it used to be. Although, when you have a craving for Pho there are not many choices here in the valley. The veggie pho... More

We should've known by the horrible customer service that we should've just left... sadly we waited it out. Bowls of hot beef boullion, 5 noodles and a sprinkling of meat. We'd never eat here again and could throat punch ourselves for not walking out.

Love coming here. Grew up eating many different authentic Asian foods. Majority of the time its spot on. Once in a great while they might have an off day if someone different is i the kitchen.

Just recently ate at a soup and noodle bar on a cruise ship so I was excited to enjoy these dishes again. I should have realized this was not the place to do that the second I parked in the lot. Forging ahead without an attitude we sat at a table and the elder waitress signaled she was ready to... More

We have been visiting Pho #1 for several years. Yes, there have been some changes in broth quality and service, since the ownership changed hands, but things seem to be on an upswing. There's a steady stream of dine-in customers every time we stop. Tonight we enjoyed #10 pho as a take out order. The broth was savory, add-ins plentiful,... More

Their food is mediocre: Lack of flavor (too much oil & MSG) in soup and cheap on extras so I have to keep asking for them!! :(

When the previous owner ran this restaurant, the Pho was outstanding. Currently who ever is managing this restaurant, the Pho is not as good. The clear broth does not have the great taste that the previous owner created. The sides are sadly missing. The day I tried the restaurant recently, there were no bean sprouts, or mint. These two additions... More
