Went For Lunch On A Saturday. The Food Was Great, We Stuck To The Appetizers And Sandwiches. Portions Were Plenty. So I Can't Vouch For The Dinners. I am somwhat surprised at some of the reviews. The Fegley family has been in the beer/restaurant business for 10 years and they know how to run a restaurant. Food poisoning from ribs is highly unlikely due to the slow roasting process. Our food is stored in any one of our many walk-in refrigerators and freezers. Our food is rarely on premise for more than two days due to the large turn over. Fruit on the other hand, can be the source of deadly infection once it is cut...
