...But mediocre service. My wife and I sat for nearly 20 minutes one night waiting to get served, despite the fact that the place was nearly empty on a Thursday night. We decided to give it one more try this past weekend, it was busier, yet despite this we waited 15 minutes until we were served. Compound all this with... More

They do have some good craft beers here, if you are into that. Food wise, I have been here 3 times in the last 3 months. (Work close by) 1 out of 3 meals was excellent, the other two were mediocre at best. The last visit cemented my decision for three stars, because I ordered the French dip, and what... More

We made reservations for Friday night when the PPL Center opened. I would suggest doing that if you are going to an event because there are not many places to eat downtown and you may find you will not get a table if you don't. We had a reservation for 5 but got there 20 minutes early. They seated us... More

We were in town for an event at the PPL Center across the street. We had reservations but they were clearly overwhelmed by those who made reservations and those who casually stopped in before the show. We waited an hour and a half and got only our drinks and what looked like 1/2 of the appetizer we ordered. When we... More

Place looked nice. Ordered the pulled pork. Was nothing special but the most disappointing thing was that for $8.95 there could not have been more than 3 tbls of meat on the sandwich. Left and got a snack. We had a party of 12 and most were not impressed

We love visiting different microbreweries and were excited based on reviews we had read about Allentown Brew Works. The beer did not disappoint! We each ordered a different beer and sampled a few different. I would highly recommend trying their sampler, I feel it would be well worth the price. The price of food and appetizers are directly in line... More

We loved our vegan falafel pita and our blackened salmon. Their blueberry belch brew was awesome! Our service was perfect and the whole staff was super hospitable. Would definitely go back, if in the area.

The burger was good and I liked the atmosphere. Our waitress was AWOL during the meal and the fries were underdone. I had the sampler and the house beers were just okay. I wish we would have been able to try more of their beers on the sampler as they had some interesting looking ones.
