Allentown was precisely half way on our drive and so we searched google for "classic American diner in Allentown". Google was right. There were 30 kinds of pie. We had hot dogs and turkey melts. Bottomless coffee. Everything was fluro. It was fluorescent diner heaven.

How can you not love this diner? Key word being "diner" as there arent that many orginial ones around anymore. The food is good quality, home comfort at low prices. My favorite chili in a bread bowl is $5. ood old fashioned breakfasts and their desserts are the BEST!

I go there 2-4 times a week. They have great food. The service is excellent. The owners are the most friendly and helpful around. My husband has a hard time standing up, they are there to help him. They even offered to carry our baby granddaughter out to the car for us. Love the Hearty ham and cheese omlet. Great... More

Step into a 1950's diner. Great food, service and atmosphere. It reminds me of walking into Mels diner like the tv show. Not the biggest place but it works.

A diner right out of the fifties and for my wife and I, it's the place to have a great filling breakfast, lunch or dinner while on the run. Whenever we're out and about shopping, The Queen City Diner is our usual haunt for a tasty meal as it's their abundant servings of tasty food either morning, afternoon or evening... More

I visited this diner on my mom's recommendation and was quite pleased overall. While the hostess may not have been overly friendly, the food more than made up for any lacking hospitality. I had the scrambled egg and pancake combo with bacon and a chocolate milkshake. It all tasted great! I always have a milkshake when I eat at a... More

How can you not visit this gem? An old school, old fashioned diner. Neon, bright lights, full windows, busy atmosphere. Feel like Im in 1950. We were in and out of there in 30 minutes from sitting to paying, and the quality of food was not diminished by that speed. Not only was the food good, but the prices are... More

Queens City Diner is most definitely one of the best eating establishments in the Lehigh Valley. The prices are fair, the food is great and the service is exceptional. Don’t let the outside deceive you, if you are in Allentown make it a point to stop at this diner for lunch or dinner. I personally love the fact that the... More
