Great diner!

This was a great breakfast. Enjoyed the food. Service was great and fast. Our server was very friendly, she took time with her customers and showed interest in us. Highly recommend trying it out. The outside appearance does not speak for the food and service.

Always a good choice. Excellent value, generous portions, and good food in a diner setting. My Greek omelet was delicious and served hot and to order. The home fries were brown and crispy, and there was no grease to be found on either! My husband ordered the Cuban sandwich and was not disappointed. The cooks at this place really know... More

Traveling on the interstate and not familiar with the Allentown area. Based on the proximity to the interstate and the favorable reviews at the TA website, we stopped. Your website lists over 300 area eateries and ranks Queens City near the top. Although I have not eaten at any of the others, there must be dozens of better choices. Owners... More

Thank is to TripAdvisor for already having some reviews on this diner, making the choice of where to grab lunch all the easier. Thanks to Queens City Diner for tremendous chili and then chicken salad, in a great atmosphere, served quickly with attentiveness.

This restaurant has been a mainstay in Allentown for a zillion years. They have the best wait staff around. Always friendly service, Brenda and Sue are the best. Whether it's simple eggs over easy, or a bacon and cheese omelet, the quality is always consistent, and prices are very low compared to other diners in the area. A must visit.

Directly across the street from Queen City Airport you'll find this hidden gem, I had driven by it for years because I never had enough time to stop and enjoy a sit-down meal. Finally I did and it wasn't bad. The place was quite busy and the smells coming out of the kitchen made me more hungry, my meal was... More

Had a most terrific turkey Reuben sandwich, served with real fries and yummy slaw. I tried to save room for their cake, but just couldn't fit it in. Husband said his cheese burger was great, but would have preferred fries over chips. Fries are an up charge with the burger. It seemed our server felt she was doing us a... More

Breakfast was outstanding. Thank goodness I ordered the short stack of pancakes--I couldn't even finish them. Boysenberry syrup was the best and no one else has it. I had scrapple as well and it was done just right--crispy on the outside but moist in the middle. My husband had an omlette and he was stuffed when finished. Brenda (or was... More

I have visited this diner a couple of times. The food has always been good but the service is horrible. Our female waitress couldn't even make eye contact or smile. What appeared to be the owner was to busy talking to employees or on the phone. There is a young very nice Hispanic waiter who does go above and beyond.... More

I always enjoyed this diner. My latest trip there the food was good as usual. The service was slow and the waitress seemed more interested in talking to coworkers than serving her customers. The cashier had no clue on how to operate the the register. I looked at the clock and is 10:45 when we got to the register with... More
