Enjoyed the food and the martinis. The veggie sampler was a total rip off. $20 led us to believe it would have been a generous portion, but not so. And being that tomatoes are in season, it was shameful to put pale tomatoes, like what we see in the winter, on our $20 platter. No one even touched them. Our... More

Stopped in with a friend for dinner. The martinis were good and the menu had a lot of variety. The service, however, was spotty at best. It would be nice if I didn't have to hold a glass aloft over my head to finally get the waitress' attention. I ordered a tuna special and, while it looked appealing, it was... More

We have been going to Allentown for the Drum Corp event for 24 years and always struggle to find a decent non chain restaurant. We discovered Pistachio's about 10 years ago and we keep coming back. Their happy hour is a great deal--granted you have to sit at the bar to get the discounted prices--and the menu has tons of... More

I have enjoyed cocktails and apps. here in the past but have never been overwhelmed with the dinner selection.........until now! A last minute, late night decision brought my wife and I here at 9:30 on a Sat. eve. Not only was the outdoor service extremely cordial, my entrée was exceptional! A half of chicken served over pasta with shrimp, Andouille... More

Really don't understand the complaints here, this place is easily one of the better eateries in this food forgotten Valley we call home. Very well prepared, imaginative dishes, presented well. Yes, I'm sure to the Buffalo wing crowd it's over priced, but for those looking for something not TGI Fridays, it's actually a little gem. I guess we've been lucky... More

This is still one of the only unique place w/in Five miles of suburbia, but if that's the case, Why such lousy service? Why small bread servings? Why huge prices for salads? The drinks are good, and the salad offerings are unique, I'll admit, but I have to blow my budget to eat there. Try the half salads. Introduce yourself... More

I honestly have only one good thing to say about this overpriced, bad attitude server, abomination of wait time and overall BAD experience of an Anniversary dinner, was that the food itself was very good. If you could take the food out of these surroundings, I think it would have been a real winner. Oh, and by the way, why... More

Our go to place for business lunches - the high backed booths make conversations more private and the noise levels helps too. They really need some sound absorbing materials throughout the restaurant. Love their signature salad! Salad greens always fresh and clean. Specials are always interesting and presented beautifully.

Nice place. Good service. Interesting, tasty menu. 'Hands on' owner watching and insuring things go smoothly. Close to my home. Would eat there again.

I feel like occassionally I see reviews that pan this restaurant, and I honestly have no idea why. The food is consistently excellent, fresh, and always tasty. Their salad, pizzas, appetizers are truly delectable, and the choices are fantastic. My children LOVE it here, b/c of the fresh greens, mediterranean choices (aka HUMMUS, Tzatziki, etc.), and it's just plan good.... More
