Irritated by service and attitude of staff and ownwer/manager

Food is basic and good value for price. Have been going there 30 years.tonight service and attitude were irritating. Long wait. Not busy. Food good when it came. Asked for bill to be split. It was but on same card. Called waitress over and explained. She took other card. Came back with entire bill... read more

My husband loves the cheesesteak sandwiches at Stahleys so when we come to visit family, we always go there at least one time. My husband and father in law enjoyed their cheesesteak. My mother in law had chicken strips and fries - she liked the fries but didn't like the chicken - said it was all fatty. I had a... More

Six of us for dinner. It was a big nite for baseball, and there were at least 4 sports on the TVs. We had steamed clams (of course), perougies, cheeseburger, poppers, steak, scallops and of course drinks. Good.

Well, it's your corner bar, a very friendly local eatery that most of the town's residents have dined in at one time or another. Comfortable prices with acceptable tasting food is the standard at Stahley's. Crowded every Saturday night with locals and rightly so. The wife likes their cheese steaks while I prefer their special cheese hamburgers that feature stewed... More

I've been to Stahley's more times than I can count and it's always good. You shouldn't expect fancy or clean restrooms but you can expect decent food. It's a bar, so keep your expectations to a minimum! Service can be slow but it's a place where you can just relax and have fun. I really enjoy the disco fries and... More

Stahley's is as blue collar as it gets. If you want a real taste of the Lehigh Valley, this is it. The food is not the best here, but it is always good, plentiful and inexpensive. The service is always friendly, attentive, and accurate. The beer is cold and cheap. It's a great place to catch a game with friends,... More

Stahley's is literally an Allentown institution. It has been at the same location and owned and operated by the Stahley Family since 1968. There are not too many restaurants and bars anywhere that can make that claim. Their food is basic, mostly pub food not fancy, but very good. There are specials every night along with Happy Hour and early... More

My family is from Allentown and Bethlehem and so I've been coming to Stahley's since I was a kid. I remember the (not so) good old days when you left from Stahley's stinking like a cigarette. Thankfully, now you can come and enjoy a great meal at very low prices in a comfortable bar setting that's great for families, too... More

On a trip down memory lane for my husband with teenagers we enjoyed a yummy lunch with steamed clams, appetizers platter, salad and pierogies. This is a classic Allentown family pub. Waitstaff friendly. Not fancy but clean and nostalgic
