Good food; Great beer

Enjoyed a very nice late dinner here. Staff was helpful and friendly. Beer selections were excellent. Food good, but not great. Burger was probably the best of our selection.

This is definitely our "go-to" restaurant in Adamstown. We used to go for the beer (Fat Dog is our favorite) AND the onion rings, now we typically pick up a six-pack and eat somewhere else. The menu is a little boring (although they do have great burgers), so, until they bring back those onion wings, we will be enjoying bottled... More

Unfortunately, the experience my fiance and I had didn't go past the hostess for the reasons described below. We arrived for lunch on Sunday 3/22 at 12:05 where we were told a "10 minute, maybe 15 minute wait" by the hostess. We agreed to wait as we were on a brewery circuit tour over the weekend and this was 1... More

My husband and I have dined at this restaurant several times over the years, the most recently yesterday. The beer is very, very good- the "whiney dog," ( stout aged in barrels) was amazing. Actually, the stout used is named, "fat Dog," and I am a fan of that beer as well. Well, this occasion the food was OK. It... More

Stopped in for a late lunch/early dinner. We found the historic decor simply delightful. Service was excellent from start to finish with the waitstaff warmly describing the daily specials, menu options and craft beer list. The meatloaf special, burger and vegetarian falafel were ordered followed by three choices from an exhaustive array of desserts. The waitress happily assisted our pickiest... More

If you order the cheese plate they are not liberal with the food. The hamburgers are great the schnitzel is amazing! I like the atmosphere but service does depend on what server you get.

My wife and I have visited Stoudt's several times over the last 25 years. The atmosphere is really nice and the food is excellent. Whether you want a sit down dinner like a steak or just bar food like a burger they've got an excellent selection. They also have some traditional German dishes also. The beer is over the top.... Stoudts offers a wide selection of items on their menu. In their dining room, you will also find a display of Oyster Dishes. The menu offers a variety of steaks, and also some German dishes. This is associated with Stoudts Brewery so you also have a choice of a variety of beers. Their wheat beer is delicious!

My son and his girl friend took us here for our anniversary. He was interested in during a tour of the brewery and when we found out it was starting in 20 minutes, we decided to take it. What was nice was that we were able to get a table, order a drink, and they saved the table for us... More
