The Best Breakfast in Ashland

We eat here whenever we are looking for a place to have breakfast in Ashland. The food is always good. We love the atmosphere, the baked goods, omelets and coffee. It is our first choice always when in town.

The servers at this restaurant were possibly the worst I have ever encountered. They were very rude and acted like we were the neediest customers. They failed to bring us our drinks till we were done eating and were annoyed when we asked for more water. I have worked in a restaurant so I know what needy and annoying customers... More

One of the best, if not, the best, breakfast places I have been to. Everything tasted homemade - even the chicken apple sausage. A must go if you visit Ashland. It is worth the wait!!

The breakfasts are creative and quite good (French toast, Eggs Benedict, cereals, rolls, etc.) and would give this cafe a higher rating but for three distractions to enjoying my meal: quantities are too large for me, it gets very crowded, and the acoustics in the room can't handle the high volume of conversations.

Mimosas outside while waiting for our table and an excellent breakfast! I enjoyed the gorgonzola , caramelized onion and toasted walnut omelette. Will definitely visit again.

We had one of the worlds best, if not the best breakfast ever. I had a rock shrimp, crumbled bacon and cheese omelet. Easily the best omelet I had ever eaten. A small pot (not those annoying little sealed packages) of homemade Marion berry jam. The sourdough bread was home baked. Do not miss this establishment .

We had eaten here before: it was worth going back. Even on a week day, we got there at 8 (opening) and got a table, but it started filling up pretty quickly ... I am almost never satisfied by restaurant pancakes; thinking restaurant pancakes are "good" happens to me once in a blue moon. These were excellent: easily the best... More

Returned here again for Breakfast, on a busy June morning. The wait was pleasant, and as always, the staff was friendly, accommodating and efficient. Standard eggs are always highlighted by PERFECT hash browns every time. This time we also ordered the unique Bacon Belgian Waffle, always served with syrup and blackberry compote - delicious! Strong coffee, comfortable seating, consistent food... More

This restaurant has been across from SOU campus for years. It is always busy, but always worth the wait. The bloody Mary's are the best. The omelets are always perfectly done. The use of fresh salmon and of red crab adds to the fresh fish dishes.

Our table was filled with a raspberry mimosa, huge mugs of coffee, strawberry cheesecake stuffed French toast, risotto and kale cakes topped with poached eggs, a fresh crab omelet, homemade blueberry muffins, gluten free toast, and a fantastic time! Our server was wonderful, and he even knew everything that didn't contain gluten (very important for me with an allergy!). Absolutely... More
