This place has been consistently good since it was named a few years back. Great fish/meat entrees and superb coffee. Service outstanding.

I've eaten at Larks many times over the past few years and always been happy. They brought their pricing a bit more in line with high end Ashland restaurants (though it isn't cheap), and served a quality product in a nice space. However, this year's experience proved less than stellar. A decidedly fishy odor accompanied a few dishes that went... More

We ate here in early August, 2014, after the dinner rush crowd had left for the theater. We each had a beer and we shared a very good Caesar Salad and a heaping bowl of plump and juicy mussels. It was lovely, and the price as less than one would expect. We were warmly greeted, and service as delightful.

We enjoyed a great show at Oregon Shakespeare Festival for a matinee performance. We were very early for any dinner and wanted a Beer-thirty or cocktail stop. It was Saturday afternoon. We failed to gain admittance at 4:30 and were turned away from the front door of Lark's by a rather curt hostess. 5'oclock was barked to us. - we... More

If you find yourself in Ashland for the Oregon Shakespeare Festival (or for whatever other reason), you might want to consider treating yourself to a fancy dinner at Larks. If you don't have the budget for the entrees which range from $24-$31, at least try their appetizers which range from ($4-$15). We did not have reservations when we went there... More

Dress up a little, enjoy a glass of wine with fresh, locally grown food. We all enjoyed the food and the service was excellent.

We had four meals perfectly done. Wonderful food. The ingredients are fresh, the service is great. The french fries were worth the trip down!

Larks has a great restaurant and bar and very professional service. We've been there for lunch and dinner multiple times. At lunch the burger and the Reuben are especially good as are their salads if you're into lighter fare. (Personally, I can't see eating a salad while on vacation.)

This is a beautifully appointed restaurant one short block from the Shakespeare Festival theaters. The food is excellent, the service is friendly and professional. All in all, well worth the price.
