First visit to this much recommended restaurant. It certainly lived up to it's reputation. Excellent food, quality and interesting choices.

Have dined here on several special occasions and have never been disappointed. Excellent food and service. Small intimate atmosphere. A bit expensive by Ashland standards but generally worth it. Haven't been disappointed.

We have dined several times at this very fine restaurant and have NEVER been disappointed. The menus are exquisite. Rather than provide a long-winded review, lets cut to the chase. As an example of the unusual items that you might find on the list of fare, we enjoyed, for desert, "Warm Guinness Stout Cake" ($9) served with butterscotch and malted... More

I don't understand the variance in the reviews of Amuse. Some people love it; other, not so much. Like anything else, restaurants have good and bad days. However, after giving Amuse three tries, I doubt we'll go for a fourth. For example, I ordered the pork chop. It was the toughest piece of meat I've had (other than the central... More

Dined at Amuse for my wife's special birthday and I couldn't have made a better choice. It truly was special --- my wife started with celery root soup and I with a salad -- both delicious. My ribeye steak was so tender, I could cut it with a fork and my wife loved her Columbia river sturgeon. We topped it... More

Overpriced, limited cocktails & menu items and pompous service. Shortbreads were very tasting but sturgeon not so much.

We just had another amazing dinner at Amuse. My dinner and that of the 3 other diners was delicious and the service was just right. We were pleased to find a wine recently recommended by the New York Times and were impressed with the wine list. We had grouper, steak and the vegetarian pasta of the evening plus kale salad,... Can not say enough about this place, I had a great experience. The food was beautiful, the flavors were balanced well, the wine selection was great, the service was perfection. Will return, every chance i get.

Had we known what time we'd be in town and in between shows, we would have made a dinner reservation. Without one, we were seated outdoors. It was cold and one of the standing heaters was not working, so it stayed cold throughout our dinner. My sweetie had a small plate for dinner of grilled white prawns, roasted fingerings and... More

Have been to this restaurant many times in the past. The quality has really dropped.Food was poorly prepared and prices way too high.I had duck confit which was so fatty I could not eat.I also had scallops which were way undercooked and my wife had the Halibut which was in a very bland sauce. The desserts are fine .The service--although somewhat... More
