Amuse is a relatively small venue that succeeds by having a limited menu of things they prepare extremely well. The staff is well-trained, attentive and give friendly service without trying to be your best friend. There is no rush for turnover. The main courses were all excellent, which included rib eye steak, blackened cod and braised lamb. Everyone enjoyed their... More

The subtle flavors of each dish were lovely. The appetizer with kale pesto was original and fun. The main dish was good, but other courses more memorable. dessert was fab!

Amuse was a perfect spot for our table of 13 guests. I wouldn't say that it would be great for groups of many more than that as it is a charming and cozy spot. They even let us order off the main menu. Food came up quickly, and perfect. Everyone raved about their meals. We all opted for the 3-course... More

Couldn't ask for a better place to eat in Ashland. Every course was well thought-out and delicious (a perfect steak) and perfect and friendly service.

A fellow guest at the Ashland Springs Hotel recommended AMUSE to us, and Gigi, the accommodating concierge at the hotel, was able to get us a reservation on a busy Saturday night. The only complaint was that it was a busy Saturday night. There were several large, loud parties, who pretty much made conversation impossible. But never mind: the food... More

Food was excellent, as usual. Amuse and New Sammy's (in Talent) are the two must restaurants for us every time we come to Ashland.

we had dinner here on a friend's recommendation. The scallops were the best I ever had, cooked to perfection! We enjoyed the complimentary appetizer plate as it had lots of interesting tastes. Service was great, too. Only disappointment was a so-so dessert.

Well composed plates, but not too fussy. Ingredients are largely local with a focus on sustainability. The rooms are intimate and despite serving fare of the highest quality, the atmosphere is relaxed (in true Oregonian style).

Ashland regulars recommended this restaurant, and our group of 10 was so satisfied that we returned the following night. The service was a delight; it was present without being intrusive. The wine recommendation was perfect for the scallops and salmon which pleased everyone. The desserts were clearly described and tasty. This was a fine dining experience.
