In Ashland, an excellent restaurant

This was our second dinner at Amuse this month. As usual, everything was exceptional. Every course was correct. Three of our four had the steak, perfectly prepared. Ate here before an evening play, service good, friendly, helpful We had 2 appetizers-grilled prawns, followed by crispy sweetbreads. Just right amount before a performance. Good local wine selection, priced well. Highly recommend. Must reserve.

I recently visited Ashland, OR for the first time as part of a West Coast vacation/road trip. We'd arranged for theater tickets in advance, but hadn't made pre-theater reservations and asked our hotel staff for help at the last moment. Amuse was a lovely surprise and we enjoyed attentive service and a delicious 3 course meal on the patio, with... More

Delicious food in the French tradition. We enjoyed all that we tasted from the amuse bouche to the appetizers (sweetbreads for me, heirloom tomatoes for my wife) to the main course (game hen for both of us) to the dessert and cheese plate. A small but tasty selection of wines by the glass and attentive but not intrusive service capped... More

One of the better restaurants in Ashland. Good food and service. Very innovative creations in a semi formal setting.

We dined a little later so as not to be rushed by the theater crowd, Glad we did as we were able to enjoy our three course meal at a leisurely pace. The service was perfect, the food equal to the service. This place is a must on any return trip to Ashland.

Had a light meal on a very warm night and decided to eat inside. Great waiter who was very knowledgable about wine and the local ingredients. The zucchini salad and halibut entrees were outstanding. Don't miss this restaurant on your next trip to Ashland.

The food presentation is exquisite. The wait staff was perfect. We had three different people serving us, and making sure everything was perfect. The food was varied and delicious. The chocolate truffle pie was not to be missed for desert. The wine selection was also good.

This is one of the best restaurants I have ever visited. We had soup, entree and dessert and all were absolutely delicious. The corn soup was very hot, so be careful but it was very tasty. I had the halibut and my daughter the gnocchi. We both had the warm chocolate truffle cake with coffee ice cream - YUM!! A... More
