Well prepared food was pleasantly served. The wait staff was exceptional .. but i'm getting used to the fact that Ashland restaurants seem to provide that anyway!

If you're going to the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, be sure to have dinner one night at Amuse--a great restaurant. Seafood is wonderful as are the other dishes---both meat and vegetarian. Atmosphere and service were excellent.

Given the scarcity of good restaurants in Medford, we frequently make the short drive down to Ashland. As usual in Ashland, finding a parking place near Amuse was a nightmare even on a weeknight, but we finally got lucky. The service was very attentive but not overbearing. The menu is small but interesting. Our dinners were quite good. My wife's... More

We go to Ashland twice a year and always go to Amuse - have since it originally opened. The food is always excellent. I admit to having the game hen with truffle oil most every time, but do taste the other offering that relatives order. The service is good and the waitstaff helpful in deciding what to order.

We had a delicious dinner at Amuse last year when we were in Ashland for the Shakespeare Festival so we decided to go back this year. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to our expectations. There was nothing specifically wrong, but everything was just a bit blah and not of the same caliber as last year.

I found this restaurant to be mediocre. Personally, I found the ambiance stark. Our service was fair. They seemed short staffed and our waiter wasn't very friendly. My husband & I both had the pasta dish, which was good, but they didn't give you much of it. Our guests had the pork chop and steak, and said they enjoyed theirs;... More

We enjoyed an absolutely delicious meal started with several tiny tastes, all very nice. The baby gem lettuce salad was great but the roasted halibut was over the top with mushrooms and a lovely sauce. Everything was high quality but not pretentious. The service was attentive and prompt without being intrusive. Look forward to returning sometime.

We're LA foodies and didn't expect to have this level dinner. Loved it! Fresh salmon, halibut. Great cheeses. Fresh, local and flavorful. Highly recommend.

This place used to be mentioned by everyone as the place to go for excellent food. Now it is uneven. Sometimes it is good and sometimes not. The portions were very odd. My husband had a ribeye steak that was huge with a huge mound of pommes friltes. I had halibut that was extremely small with a few veggies. I... More

We come here each time we pass through Ashland on our way to Portland. We look forward to our incredible meal and this time, nothing was different! The salads were outstanding..mine was the arugula salad and my husband also had a wonderful, fresh salad with crispy bites of outrageously delicious bacon in it. The entrees were both outstanding...Scallops for one... More
