Best pastries in the rogue valley

Wonderful execution of classic, yet contemporary pastries. The caramel knot and cream bun are my personal favorite. Get there early as they tend to sell out of the expertly baked confections quickly. I can't wait to have more :)

Is this bakery still open? I know they had a weird schedule for a while and didn't seem to be open several times when I stopped by. It's a sweet little shop, tastefully decorated and super wonderful pastries!

If you've loved the pastries in Paris, then find your way to "A" Street in Ashland on a Friday or Saturday morning and be prepared to be amazed. Their pastries are THAT GOOD! True artists who use only the finest ingredients. Get there early because they sell out quickly.

We stopped by the Deux Chats based on all the positive reviews. When you first approach the bakery, the comforting and exciting smell of butter greets you and you just know you are in for something good. The bakery is small, but has a number of appealing pastries, both sweet and savory as well as bread. I was excited to... More

I'm always happy for friday when Deaux Chats is open! I call ahead in the morning to reserve my scones because they often sell out before I get there. I stop on my way to work. These are the best scones in town! Of course, I usually pick out some other goodies while I'm there too.

It is only open at 7:30 to sell-out on Friday and Saturday mornings. It is absolutely thee reason to get up early and get in line for great breads and french pastries, sweet, or savory.

You can't go wrong with anything you choose here. Michelle is an excellent baker/pastry chef, and Garrett and the front counter staff are the friendliest you'll find anywhere. Even the gluten-free items are delish!

It is close to my house and the owner is nice. The breads and goodies are Bay Area quality! Fresh! Trouble is, he isn't open every day.

Immaculate bakery, exquisite pastries, we wanted to try one of everything. Choose several, then walk your treasures to Noble Coffee for a high-brow cup to go along.

This place is only open Thursday, Friday and Saturday mornings. The pastries are incredible and you have to get there early if you want a good selection as everything sells out quickly. Try the "knots".
