The food is yummy and good quality, healthy meat & vegi fare. Portions are reasonable, no unhealthy fillers like fries, etc. The dessert crepes are delicious.

Very interesting food and very, very health conscious. The sauces really are terrific, I especially like the sesame one. Portions are not overly big, but it's fun to share meals for all of the flavors. Very casual setting. The rose water fdink is especially good.

This the type of restaurant where you order at the counter and sit down. Sometimes you have to share one of the big tables in the middle. But, the food is amazing. It's all organic, fresh vegetables, healthy grain choices. They make curries and roasted vegetables and can pick your grain: quinoa, brown rice, etc. service is quick. It's becoming... More

A friend suggested we go to this little place in the main strip-mall in Ashland. I had a lamb plate and spiced it up with the chili sauce on the counter. I also had a hot chai latte. Both were very good. The only thing missing was Naan bread...found out afterwards that I could have ordered that as a side.... More

Large amateur art on walls. Read choices of foods on wall. Mix and match bowl with sauce, or whatever. I decided to start this first visit as simply as possible. I got a delicious cabbage salad with rice vinegar, along with the naan melt. Fresh homemade naan, it seems. This also is very good. They only offered iced tea in... More

This place is a little funky with some wired decorations but the food is excellent. The bread (garlicky paan) is really tasty. The food is fresh and very tasty. You pay when you order which is kinda fast food like, but its ok because the food is so good. Give it a try, you won't be sorry.

With its decidedly hole-in-the-wall, strip mall, 1960's-Head Shop atmosphere, I don't know why Sauce works...but it certainly does! Don't let the appearance deter you from really superb locally procured and produced food. It leans to the Vegetarian side of life, but the local organic lamb dish was heavenly! When you enter you need to move up to the cash register... More

Finding Sauce was like finding a delicious, healthy oasis in the middle of southern Oregon. We were visiting from Portland, Oregon for a few days and I was so glad to eat dinner that made me feel **good**. I got the Ginger Chicken Plate and the Ginger Tofu Plate- so delicious!! The plates come with a salad that is to.die.for.... More

This is a rather small restaurant with intimate pine table and bench setting, perhaps lacking some privacy, which cannot be helped in such a small venue. The food is fresh, unusually savory, very healthy, reminiscent of many dishes of Nepal (dahl batt and others), India and Tibet, with a healthier flair. It's a wonderful culinary experience, though the price may... More
