Delicious Food!

My wife and I went there for dinner last evening. She ordered a veggie bowl and I had the mutton curry bowl. Both our delicious and ample quantities. For dessert we ordered the coconut crepe and chai. Those were also really nice!. It is a small place in a strip mall but if you looking for gluten... read more

Just on the outskirts of Ashland is a little gem of a restaurant . Casual open seating at scattered wooden tables, no frills. There are delicious freshly prepared food choices with many vegetarian options. The roasted vegetables and the Kale chips made for a wonderful Tuscan bowl. The accompanying sauce was fabulous as was the Chai . Great prices and... More

Feels a bit like you're in Haight-Ashbury, SF but the healthy options are up to date and fresh and well-prepared. I also like how you can build your own plate or bowl with great options of grains, veggies and proteins and sauces. All tasty and healthy and flavorful. Good value and well-priced.

One of the best unique places I have ever eaten at. The staff is wonderful and you can tell their passion is in the food they cook. I hope I can try this place again!

This place is so great, the food is unreal. The flavor's and sauces make it like no other place in Ashland. This is by far one of the best places in Ashland to eat. It's a bit pricey but you are getting fresh, tasty food so it's worth it.

Probably the one restaurant in Ashland I choose to eat above all others; it has been good quality food from the get-go, when they first opened (guessing around 2013). I was disappointed and had stopped eating there for a while, when their serving sizes had suddenly gotten significantly smaller; apparently I wasn't the only one complaining, as this issue seems... Sauce is a fun, eclectic, health-oriented, almost cafeteria-feeling little joint, near the uptown movie complex and the Dutch Brothers kiosk (the major local landmarks!). You can be really bewildered - in a good way - by the variety of mouth-watering options - which is nice if you want to come back again and again. If you're not here right at... More

In a strip mall in back of Wendy's off Ashland St. What a great meal! I had the chicken teriyaki meal and it was really good and spot on for flavors and portions. The wife went for a vegan meal with some really good kale. The garlic Nan was light and fluffy with a strong garlic flavor. The place was... More

All three of us got the vegetarian plate it was tasty and plenty of food. Next time I will try one of their excellent vegetarian soups which looked quite enticing as well.

I can't describe Sauce rationally - I get to go only on rare trips through Ashland, so it has sort of a mythical journey association for me - but this is one of my favorite restaurants of all time. I can easily order a complete and deeply satisfying meal despite food sensitivities (lactose/gluten), including gluten-free brews. Oh my goodness, this... More
