Good Asian food...

There aren't many Asian restaurants in Ashland. So after an afternoon matinee of a stage play we visited them, and though it was a little early, we found them open. The restaurant is narrow but the menu is extensive, and the Pan-Pacific part was correct. Items from Japan, China, Vietnam, Korea, etc... read more

Worst Poki ever. More romaine than ahi. Of course there are many poki variations; but this fish was truly poor quality. The rolls were ordinary. Nothing special. And do you believe the menu offered something called "J Pops," jalapeno peppers stuffed with cream cheese? Made me think I was in a sports bar, not a Japanese sushi bistro as the... More

Uuuuh not worth the price.. A little expensive (cause it's apparently located downtown Ashland) but unfortunately, the food is not that great. I am Asian, so I know. 😞

Great sushi. My girlfriend charmed the chef and he made a custom roll for her, completely off-menu. The staff were attentive without hovering. The facility is clean, and not so noisy as to make conversation difficult. We were able to chat with the chef as he was working, which was fun.

So far this establishment is where I have experienced the worst customer service. Not only did we wait a while for the waiter to come by to take our orders, but the waiter was also rude, inattentive, and practically berated my friend and I for making a complaint about the quality of the food. I ordered the Futomaki sushi roll--this... More

The food was very good. The sushi tasted fresh, and we got the "j pops," which are jalapeno poppers stuffed with crab and crayfish and cream cheese. It was all quite good. The service was okay. We were promptly seated. We ordered a bottle of red wine, and a bottle of white was brought out. The waiter went back, and... More

I had the won ton soup and my wife had the chicken salad. We wished that there was a third person with us as the portions from these two dishes could have fed another party member. The service was fast and friendly. We'll have to go back some time and see if the sushi tastes as good as it looks.

We decided to stay overnight in Ashland on our road trip to Portland and were surprised by the number of restaurants and food options. We weren't too hungry and decided to go for Sushi at this restaurant which has some very good reviews in TripAdvisor. We found a carparking spot just outside the restaurant at 5:15, the space was limited... More
