Love in a cup

We really enjoyed our visit and hand made espresso hot drinks on this railroad district landmark. The sun shone through the windows to add brightness to our stop for a nice time-out

This place really lives up to it's name, which isn't entirely a good thing. The coffee is primo for sure but the overall feel of the place was not very welcoming. Ashland is a tourist town. Noble coffee needs to be a little less noble and more visitor friendly.

To be honest, my taste buds aren't that refined , especially when it comes to coffee. However, the coffees at Noble are my favorites. I know some people rave about starbuck's, but, their selections always taste a little bitter to me. On contrast, Noble's taste mild, but, with great flavor. Additionally, my wife just loves their hot chocolate. Then, there... More

When my mom, brother, and I stopped for gas in Ashland, I decided that they should get to see how quaint it is. I visited Ashland in October 2014 and loved it! So we asked the gas station attendants for a local coffee shop. They told us Noble Coffee Roasting. The drive from the gas station to Noble was charming.... More

Very good coffee - can be a little loud sometimes, but you can always sit outside at one of their tables - weather permitting - and that is quite pleasant.

Looks like this is a local spot. The coffee is amazing! Very unique tastes! We like that it is environmentally friendly in terms of the coffee they use.

We've gone to Noble Coffee daily on several trips to Ashland. The coffee is excellent, the space is quite nice, the neighborhood is nice and above all, the staff is....nice! As in welcoming, polite, friendly.....and very well trained. No attitude here-- just delicious coffee. It's the only place I've found in the US that offers something like a café con... More

Wow. As a coffee snob from San Francisco, I can honestly say that Noble kicked Bay Area coffee to the curb. Big plus that Noble baristas serve it up with no trace of San Fran attitude. This will be our first Stop on all future trips to OSF.

We stayed in the Peerless Hotel and we wandered into this gem of a coffee shop in the very trendy Railroad district. The coffee and the environment was great. They roast their own beans. We loved the coffee so much we took some home

This is a nice cafe, on the local-serving side of town on fourth street near the railroad tracks. The coffee is quite good, there is wifi, and it is a comfortable place to do a bit of work or read.
