This is a nice cafe, on the local-serving side of town on fourth street near the railroad tracks. The coffee is quite good, there is wifi, and it is a comfortable place to do a bit of work or read.

Good coffee but the staff is very snobby and rude. The price of the coffee drinks is outrageous and they act like they are doing you a favor.

The coffee was really great at Noble with friendly service and a great atmosphere. Their croissant was fresh and tasty. Definitely a top-tiered coffee shop!

top flight coffee and decor; second to none and worth the walk from the main road--add to your list. No need to say more--the website requires 50 characters minimum--a ridiculous requirement

I was introduced to Noble Coffee Roasting earlier this week. My cappuccino was unusually strong - I am used to a one part coffee to three parts milk in Zimbabwe. This was more like an espresso with milk - however I must say that the flavour of the coffee itself was good. I had a Blueberry Muffin and found this... More

There are few establishments that represent perfection. We've travelled to Indonesia and had Kopi Luwak coffee, South America to drink their brew, to Kona farms on the Big Island to sip the latest crop, Istanbul to experience the street-side brews of ancient times, the coffee of the Middle-East and the sophisticated espressos of Italy. But no place that we have... More

It's great when local folks do good, but when they produce an outrageously great product over and over, we go back, over and over ~ and we live out of town! It is often our Sunday drive. Great beans they roast locally and the baristas are all experts on pour, foam, service and presentation. Some pretty good pastries and wifi,... More

On all of our travels, we seek out coffee shops. Serious coffee shops, not the Starbucks kind, but the kind that crafts each cup with care, knowledge and love. Noble Coffee Roasting (on 4th Street) is just such a place. This coffee shop is large enough to bring your computer or newspaper and settle in for a morning or afternoon... More

My wife and I heard about this place from a friend and made a quick stop to grab some coffee. We were pleasantly surprised at there operation. I was impressed that they roasted there own coffee there and it smelled wonderful. My wife got a chai tea latte and was in heaven. We did not get any food on this... More
