My daughter and I were visiting from Southern California where we have been for ten years. I'm originally from Texas and I think of myself as a bit of a Mexican food connoisseur, this place was not that great. The margarita was small, watered down, and way overpriced, the lobster taco was too fishy (just not fresh), and the busboy... More

I am so happy that we're lucky enough to have a place like this around here. The food is sublime. Everything is bursting with freshness and flavor. I have never had a meal here that I didn't thoroughly enjoy. It's almost a good thing that this restaurant isn't in Medford because I'd be there WAY too much. It's hard to... More

We love Agave. Great service, fun music always playing and very tasty food. The fish tacos are excellent, as is the guacamole. It's a small restaurant, so seating is limited. So why only 4 stars? They use commercial corn, which is GMO corn, which sadly is a major disincentive to eat there. Personally, I'd gladly pay for organic corn tortillas!

We met our friends for lunch here, and being a little hole in the wall, we had to scramble to gather enough chairs for everyone. But that is OK this is the freshest best Mexican food in the area. The tortillas and chips are fresh everyday and the guacamole is to die for. My favorite is the fish taco but... More

Good quality food in a fun lively place. If you are really hungry though you may want to go somewhere else or the prices will add up!

It's the fresh squeezed lime juice and other fresh ingredients that makes this place pop. I don't live in Ashland, so I dream about returning to Agave for that real-Mexico flavor.

Little place with limited seating with a limited menu. We were pleasantly surprised with our choice. We came with a hesitant desire for Mexican. We do like our seafood tacos and salads. The menu was sufficient to meet our needs and the service was quality with helpful suggestions. Check out the menu on Tripadvisor and determine if this is a... More

We're locals and we love this place. Best Margarita's ever if you don't mind sipping them from a plastic cup -- we wish they had real glasses, but you can't have everything. The guac is great and so are the chips and salsa. We know the menu by heart but look at it once in a while anyway. Soups are... More
