We were excited to try this place after reading about all the unique wrap options on the menu. We arrived on a Sunday for lunch. The place is on the small side. There was already a large party of 12 taking up 2 large tables in the middle of the restaurant. We were able to get a small table that... More

Fast, tasty (make that delicious) and nutritious, Pangea is a perfect stop for a hearty lunch. My friend's panini was so good she wanted to go back the next day and get the same thing. My wrap was fabulous.

Every time I am in Ashland, I stop at Pangea and have a meal. The food is fresh and healthy. Service is friendly and helpful. Love to sit and watch the people walk by in down town.

Googled vegetarian restaurants in Ashland and were convinced to exit off the I5. What a great surprise! Such a beautiful town with tremendous personality and what an outstanding lunch experience! Had an amazing veggie/tofu wrap and hubbie had a vegan panini which he claimed is the best he has ever had. Topped it off with rosé lemonaid! The cute cafe... More

Very small, typical vegetarian, gluten free restaurant. A nice variety of wraps, all are very good. Service is hit and miss. person that took our order was very nice. But, no one ever bothered to wipe off our table, bring water, or any other basic service

We stopped for a quick between meal snack and were not disappointed. Their menu has organic and gluten-free items galore. Next time in Ashland it will be our first stop.

We found this gem walking on Main Street in Ashland. Healthy, imaginative and artfully crafted meals and snacks. Portions not too big. Everything was DELICIOUS!!!! Friendly, sweet staff. Relaxed, but sophisticated atmosphere with lovely original art on the walls.

The special soup Mosqueca, was made with a tomato base, onions and Mahi Mahi fish. It was very delicious and a little spicy. The spiciness was perfect and did not cover the flavor of the fish. I had a small cup with my wrap. I had the special Sultan's Paradise wrap, with chicken, roasted red peppers, red onion and both... More

My daughter and I came in for lunch while shopping in downtown Ashland. We ordered two bowls of the roasted garlic/potato soup and split a curry wrap with tofu. It was all fresh and delicious. They brought the soup first, which was great because we were starving, and then brought the wrap. We loved it so much we hit the... More

Passing through Ashland traveling north, looking for a light lunch. This is the kind of place to find when you are traveling - healthy food, appropriate proportions, taste. Sure beats the chains with mass produced oversized portions. We have great soup and shared a delicious wrap. Funky atmosphere.
