We're so glad we found this wonderful place to have lunch on our visit to Ashland. We will definitely return the next time we're there. The food is delicious and unusual, featuring soups, salads, wraps and paninis. We especially liked it because there are so many vegetarian options (as well as vegan and gluten-free). Like the menu says, the food... More

Pangea serves freshly made wraps and paninis that combine many flavors in interesting ways. They also make some great salads and their soups are always delicious. We appreciate the many vegetarian selections, including some with tempeh, which can be hard to find in the restaurant world. This is a small, casual place with a good reputation and it can fill... This is one of my favorite lunch spots in Ashland. We go to Ashland twice a year, and usually catch a lunch in this tiny, casual spot. Feels like a throwback to the 70's, but the flavors are complex and rich - try "tangled up in blue" or the "wrap of khan", or any of several other wraps and panini.... More

At the south end of Main at Second, this is a great place for a lunch, small dinner or quick bite before a play. You can drop in at 7:30, get a wrap or hot panini and be in the theatre before 8, all within an easy walk from parking and to theatre.

We had the best Reuben sandwich I have ever had! Absolutely wonderful! The split pea soup was delicious as well. Great prices, friendly service. Inexpensive.

Lots of great options to choose from. We started with the hummus. It was served with crackers which was unfortunate since we couldn't scrape the residual hummus off the plate... So we used our wraps later! The relish adds a spicy kick. I got the MaHarissa wrap with nicely spiced chicken. The wraps are actually stuffed with the good stuff... More

A very unique approach to wraps with a meat (chicken) and vegetarian flair. You can eat healthy here and still enjoy your food. Portions are appropriate and you should leave very satisfied. The appetizer of hummus was fantastic, just enough for two people. I got the chicken blue wrap and it was very tasty and savory. Grab a table and... More
