If you want excellent coffee with delicious baked goods, without a side of attitude as Noble does so well, this is the place for you. All pastries are baked in house by extremely talented staff, and it serves Stump Town coffee, recognized as some of the best in the Northwest. What else are you looking for?

I wondered into this small café just to have a look - to be honest looking for a café that sells "Pie" which is not to be found in central downtown Ashland. Anyway I noticed that they had pastries in their counter window. The looked stunning to say the least, especially the tarts - Salted Caramel, Coconut, Chocolate & Peanut... More

Mix Sweet Shop serves Portland's Stumptown Coffee and bakes their own pastries and such. What more could one ask for? In addition to the usual espresso drinks and brewed coffee, you can get French Press and pour-overs. The hot chocolate and chai teas are presented just as artistically as the espresso drinks. The pastries are wonderful.

We stopped in to have a snack here in the afternoon and delighted in the fine desserts and delicious lattes (the 16 ounce latte is really large!) Ceramic cups and saucers put those paper models to shame! We sat near the window and enjoyed the sunshine and passersby.

We stopped here to get warm and some coffee. It was delicious. The service was good and the atmosphere was as well. Cute shop. We would diffidently come back here to get some coffee.

Most of the time coffee shops can do pretty good coffee, but lack in the pastry/food department. Mix strikes a great balance on both accounts. The space is small, but if you are lucky enough to snag a table in the winter, you won't be disappointed. If we were here in the summer, we probably would have followed other reviewers... More

We stopped by here for dessert after dining in Ashland. All the pastries looked fantastic. We ended up ordering cappuccinos and macarons. The coffee was good and rich, not bitter (I live in Seattle--I know good coffee). Since visiting Paris, I've become quite the macaron snob, and these were great. We had the chocolate salted caramel, almond, and lemon cheesecake... More

I love the tarts and macaroons here . My favorite is the lemon meringue. The tarts are big enough to share. There are also breakfast items and good coffee served. The restaurant is undergoing a change . I understand they are expanding and adding more options. It will be interesting to see how the changes effect their products. I hope... More

Very good coffee and sweets. It can be loud inside so it is nicer to take it to go and sit in Lithia Park.

We went here after dinner and walk to get some dessert our last night in Ashland, We got a tiramisu and chocolate hazelnut tart and BOTH were TO DIE FOR! It was delicious, and the quality of the food was outstanding. Next time we're going back for some ice cream!
