This is a classic brewpub with a somewhat wider menu than most. The brew several beers onsite and also sell bottled beer. The food we had during a lunch visit was good, and had some nice touches like pickled onions with the burger.

Decided to visit Standing Stone Brewing Company for dinner just before a show. Wait was long as it was a busy evening. Service was slow even though we pointed out that we only had a limited amount of time, which we were told was plenty. Had to remind the waitress of checking on our food (a burger), which finally arrived... More

We had only an hour before the show started. Our server was dedicated to getting us there in time. she took the orders fast and was extremely friendly. The food was good too. the beef tacos were small but flavorful- nice hot sauce. The Thai Curry was very good too. The beer I had wasn't that great, but it WAS... More

We had dinner at the Standing Stone Brewing Company during a visit to the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, with lots of very good Oregon ale, calamari, and for me a kimchi pork burger and for my husband a vegetarian burger. Very nice on the patio. A friend had a flight of the micro-brewery’s various ales and stouts: a group of full... More

We looked around on our phones for a place to get pizza. Standing Stone came up on our search as one of the top places. It was delicious. We also happened to be there when they were having some big beer event and to our surprise we really enjoyed that. It was such a fun environment. The one bad thing... More

I've been here twice (I'm in Ashland about 4 times a year), and I think I should come here more. The food is really good - people in our group had various soups, sandwiches, salads, and burgers, and everyone loved their order. A surprisingly varied menu. Nice seating both inside and outside. Very good service.

On many trips to Ashland, Standing Stone has become our go-to place for dinners. Thoughtful menu (emphasis on locally sourced ingredients, "green") with many very delicious options (we split a fantastic lamb burger and excellent hamburger this time). Their beers, brewed on the spot, are universally excellent, but this time we opted for trying several local wines, all of which... More

The Standing Stone is very consistent and good. It beer is excellent and it's food is a big cut above most breweries. The menu is very varied and everything is done well. Outdoor seating is nice and the service is always good. Good value in Ashland.

Can't recall another brewpub where the hamburger menu is devoid of fries. When I inquired I was told I could order them as an extra, for three bucks. So I did and got a coffee mug full. What a rip off. The burger was about 20% smaller than most others around town although it was quite tasty. But no fries?... More

This place always seemed busy. They serve very good food and would be a great place to go if you need a variety of types of food to satisfy your group. There are many choices in Ashland, and this one is a pretty safe choice.
