A great choice for date night or an evening out with friends. Their food is excellent and they have a nice variety of entrees and small plate choices. They also have a nice drink selection if you are up for a cocktail and happy hour. This place can be hard to walk in and get a table. Call in advance... More

By far one of the best restaurants in the mid valley. Close your eyes and you could be in Portland, Seattle, or even San Francisco. Small space with beautiful atmosphere, great service and exceptional food. Vault Bistro 244 is doing everything right!

Really good food and drinks! Great atmosphere, you don't feel like your in Albany! It does get busy on the week end for dinner so you may have a wait, but it is worth it!

This bistro is hands down my favorite place to have a night out in Albany. It really classes up the downtown area. The inside is quite small, so if you're planning on going there on a Friday or Saturday I recommend making reservations. But the whole experience is definitely worth a wait. The title says it all. Even when they're... More

Last night was my third night visiting this cozy, classy bistro in downtown Albany. The first time was about a month ago and after attending a nearby play happened to walk by the place. Blinds were down so we couldn't see much except the outside of this old bank building. Once inside we were amazed at the ambience and decor.... More

The best Bloody Mary outside of Las Vegas! We have had drinks and apps with friends, and also had dinner on occasion, This is a prime spot in Albany if you are looking for the best. Don't mind the noise, this is a small renovated bank in downtown Albany and it may get loud but we usually don't notice since... More

We wandered into this very nice restaurant completely by accident -- casually dressed and without reservations. We were seated graciously and without a wait (and it was busy). Things just kept getting better from there... food, wine, and service all outstanding! First, a word about the physical layout. The Vault is located on the corner of the block, in what... More

My colleague and I ate here recently, and we had an excellent meal. We felt a little underdressed in t-shirts and jeans, but nobody gave us a hard time about it. I'd recommend wearing business casual. The sweet potato gnocchi with sage & brown butter sauce was truly the best I've ever had. The tapas were large portions so don't... More

Be sure to make a reservation if you insist on sitting at a table. If not, it is very fun to sit on the couch/chairs at the entrance lounge area or the bar. Amazing food and a great drink menu. Service was very good, the host was very personable and addressed me by name.
