Food was COLD and they left out part of my order after I went back to let them know they were VERY RUDE and ugly. I work way to hard to wast my money on COLD food and bad service!

I have lived in this town quite a while, but currently reside in Texas, I have traveled all over. But I could never understand why people from this town think Ables has great BBQ. They really do not even sell BBQ. Its blan and all pre cooked, You can only get a steak on the weekend. If I ever eat... More

Passing through and was told this was the best place in town. God help Antlers if this is true. First, there is absolutely no healthy options at all. Second, their BBQ was average but the portions were small. Lastly, everything other than the BBQ was pre-cooked/ canned/ instant, bland, and barely edible. The wait staff were friendly but lacked basic... More

A great place, usually pretty busy in the evenings. The chicken is my favorite. Nice rustic atmosphere. We eat here often, always a good meal.

BBQ was great...Food, service, and speed were all above expectations. A more casual restaurant w/ a rustic type feel. Great quality for the price.

If you can't do tender brisket, you shouldn't claim to be a bbq restaurant. It was tough with no smoked flavor. Pre-cooked quality from Sam's.

You will not find a lot of dining places in Antlers and this one may be a pleasant surprise for you. While it is advertised as a Bar B Q place, the four of us had fried catfish which was good and it came with a lot of timings. Cold slaw, baked beans, fried okra, potato salad. It was lunch... More

The best reason to go to Ables is the meat. The brisket is tender and well-seasoned and the sauce is excellent. The decor is neat (log cabin style) and clean with friendly service. However, the sides leave a lot to be desired. The fries are fine, but all of the vegetables appeared to be from a can! Salads are bland... More
