Interesting Find

Had a late Saturday evening dinner on the patio. Food was pretty good, service (Eric) was very friendly and attentive. A little pricey ($75.00 including tip for two entrees w/ glass of wine each), but very enjoyable. I had the prime rib, which was tasty, but my bride's cedar-plank salmon would have... read more

I've recently been on the job hunt and saw the help wanted sign posted outside this cafe. After I decided to pop in to apply, I entered the restaurant. If I had been a real customer I would have been seriously unimpressed. I waited approximately 7 minutes with no one coming over where I stood next to the sign telling... More

A little pricey, but it's a quaint little place with a great patio for summertime al fresco meals. And the desserts are to die for!

None of the food was bad, but none was especially good. Eggs were over-cooked, "hash browns" were frozen cubed potatoes. Nothing really stood out. I was in great company, so it didn't matter. Pleasant atmosphere with interesting decor. Service was friendly, but slow. There weren't enough servers to get water and coffee out efficiently.

My husband and I had dinner at this restaurant. He had a burger with tons of fries and I had the grilled chicken with pesto pasta. The burger was good and the huge bowl of pasta was enough for 2 meals. The restaurant décor is very nice and artsy.

Tried this restaurant for lunch with my companion and we had mixed reviews about our visit. The atmosphere or ambiance was fine but the food needs an upgrade. We had the Monte Christo sandwich and the "special" Quiche and found both to be average in quality and taste.

They charged a $2.00 "split plate fee"... who does that? Purchased a groupon they wouldn't let us redeem. However they said it would be honored in a future visit. No thank you we won't be back! Expensive and rude. I'll take the loss...

I had a very long day at work and needed a quiet drink. The Vintage House came to mind, because my mom has been several times for Lunch and talked about the relaxed atmosphere and great service. I had a glass of red and spinach and artichoke dip. It surprised and made me very happy that the dip came hot... More

Enjoyed lunch today at the Vintage House Café. My wife and I sat on the patio, as did nearly all of the patrons who were there for lunch. Enjoyed a salmon club sandwich, served with a medley of summer squash lightly sautéed; and my wife enjoyed her grilled fresh mozzarella, tomato, and pesto sandwich, with the prosciutto on the side,... Two couples went on a Friday evening, and it was a treat to be seated immediately and not have to wait for seating in a cookie-cutter chain restaurant. The décor is darling and the menu was interesting. We chose to go with the house specialties, Italian, and were not disappointed. The waitress was very helpful in her suggestions. I'd go... More
