I had the pork melt (pulled pork, cole slaw, cheese, & onion rings on sandwich) was absolutely delicious! I had a side of mac & cheese which was ok nothing spectacular but the sandwich made up for that short coming. The atmosphere was good lots of people having a nice time eating & having some beers. Would highly recommend this... More

Just an outstanding BBQ place with many extras. Good nite life place, full bar and outstanding, and I mean outstanding beer selection - it rivals Leppin Lizard's beer selection. Great food, great staff, great beer!

Got take-out from Briquettes for today's Browns game. It was GREAT! We got pulled pork sandwiches, mac & cheese and Brunswick Stew. When we eat here, their food is always great. So was today's takeout. They have great food and we always look forward to our next visit. Can't go wrong.

The Brunswick stew is delicious and I love to add the cheese, onions, and sour cream a delicious topping. Their desserts are good as well.

The Brunswick stew was great, especially on a cold windy day. Good beer selection on tap. Bar aqua was so so.

The food here holds its own against great barbecue anywhere. The ribs are outstanding and the unique twist on chili is fabulous. Try the collard greens--spicy and loaded with crisp bacon. Nice selection of craft beers with three rotating drafts.

Ashtabula, Ohio sits on the shore of Lake Erie, about 15-mi. west of the Pennsylvania border. And Briquettes Smokehouse sits on Bridge Street in Ashtabula's quaint, restored, shoreside historic district. Twice on our east-west travels we've jumped off I-90 onto Rt.11 and visited Briquettes for lunch and dinner. On both occasions the food was very good, the staff was friendly,... More

Good value for the money, food was tasty. Great expansive craft beer menu. Server was friendly. In a nice location to stop by a few local shops while you're in town.
