Not Fancy but good food

The reubens here are very good our favorites. Lots of beer choices from all over the world. But one of the best items on the menu is the homemade Carrot Cake. It is one of the best and a meal unto itself because the portion is very generous.

Too expensive....chilli was not as good as wendys and more than double in price! Not quite sure what the big fuss over the place is about...their famous utaluan sub isnt worth the $ either

I've been frequenting Primo's Deli for more than 25 years right after Paula learned how to take her first order. My first sandwich was the Hot Italian Sub...and 25 years later it is still the best sandwich in Akron..! With that said I have tried many of the other sandwiches on the menu with equal enjoyment. But why mess with... More

Have eaten there numerous times. Awesome corned beef, potato salad and the best grilled cheese sandwich around! Prices about average for a deli but food is very good.

Sandwiches are good, service could be better. Depending on your waitress. There is one lady who has been there for years who is great! She calls everyone honey. Say no to those SALTY chips. Pickles are Kosher. Cheese cake great too! 👍

If you're used to real delis. you're probably going to be disappointed by Primo's. The menu is pretty standard, and the beer selection goes way beyond the norm, but the food is just mediocre. For example, I ordered a honey ham sandwich, but there was no honey flavor to the ham at all. Not a lot of any kind of... More

Primo's boasts a large menu, tried most, loved them all. All sandwiches come with a pickle and chips. The dip is extra, but well-worth it. If your group is more than 2-4, I would suggest calling ahead. Never have visited when it wasn't busy. A bit noisy, but tolerable. There is also a large beer and wine selection.

I'm originally from Akron and try to make it a point to get to Primo's whenever I'm back in town. I LOVE the Italian sub and chips with ranch dip. It's so unhealthy, but absolutely worth the splurge!

O my so good. Every sandwich I have gotten is made the way I ask and the chefs have it down. I recommend the spicy Italian but I have tried many sandwiches and everything has been excellent this is a great deli. I highly recommend giving it a try.

I have been going to Primo's since it opened - this is just an honest local deli with a wicked beer selection. Try the Canadian Club or the Rubin - the potato salad is excellent - and on Fridays and Saturdays the homemade Chowder is the top.

Thank Bryan B
