FABULOUS FOOD & EXCELLENT PRICES !

If you want great Italian food and wonderful service, this is the restaurant for you. Their French cut pork chops are cooked to perfection. The Chicken Francese is tender with a lemon sauce and never fatty. Also, you can't go wrong with any of their seafood choices. My husband and I are frequent... read more

This experience will be my last with this place. I was seated at a table that smelled like cat urine, the host had my party wandering around looking for my table and my server although very friendly, completely forgot 1/2 of my order. I ordered a salad and it had so much dressing on it that it was hard to... More

Meatballs, sausage, lasagna, chicken and veal Parmesan - all the usual suspects - very well done. Enormous portions. Very good hot bread. Friendly service. What more to like? Well, the wine list is really interesting. They prominently feature Orin Swift wines and I discovered Master Wines (Tortoise Creek Pinot Noir) here. So this is a good choice of solid food... More

Papa Joe's is one of the best Italian fares you will find in this area. Highly recommend this place - any time of the day.

The menu offers a nice variety of foods. The meals were well prepared and presented. Service could have been better. Prices were high but the food was good.

My wife and I have had several meals at Papa Joes and have been a fan of the Iacomini family for a long time(we had our rehearsal dinner at Little Joe's pub in 1980). Joes family though had done an outstanding job providing quality food, great service at reasonable prices. My wife has the Chicken Francais most of the time.... More

Stopped here with a bus tour group. The food, lasagna and chicken marsala, was excellent. It did not taste like "banquet food" in any way. Everything was fresh and delicious. I found a couple of things about the service a bit strange though. Our large group was adequately accommodated in a separate room. We were comfortable if we were allowed... More

This is my third trip to Papa Joes/ Iacomini's. The previous two times were satisfactory. I ordered Chicken Parmigiana on one occasion, and on the other, a seafood dish. This time was different. I asked our waitress if I should order the pork chop. She said OH YES! I did and WOW, it was phenomenal! I had the side of... More

We have been a few times over the years and the food has always been consistently good. Quality ingredients shine through. The filet steak 8oz was delicious and cooked perfectly $27. Salmon fresh and excellent too. This is a family restaurant with a lot of locals and probably the best food in the area. Friendly service and fair prices. There... More

One of my favorite places to eat. I am beyond discerning when it comes to lasagna & Italian food, but they have fantastic lasagna, eggplant, & eggplant lasagna. They also have large pans of lasagna to order to go, again, extremely good. Their cannoli are also very good, although being in Akron, it’s not like you can get too picky... More
