The restaurant was small, but quaint and charming. Service was excellent! The food was delicious with an attractive presentation. House salad $7.00, Scallop appetizer (like caprese salad) $10.00. This proves to be a local hangout. On Monday & Tuesday they offer BOGO entree's and the reservations are highly recommended. 2 thumbs up!!!

My husband and I started in search of a good Sunday brunch before heading home on a 3 hour drive, and literally stumbled across Island Grille. Yes, it is small, but the atmosphere is intimate, aided by softly playing acoustic guitar renditions of classic 60's and 70's music. The décor is perfectly in line with the vintage age of the... I went to this restaurant with 4 friends a couple weekends ago, and didn't need a reservation. However, since it's a small restaurant, it is a good idea to make a reservation. I went to the the restaurant last night with 2 friends and there were no tables available, we had to wait about 15 minutes for seats at the... More

We only go for the BOGO nights. Food is delicious but honestly would be too expensive (for us) on the other nights. We had to have a reservation early (@ 4:30) as everything else was already booked. It actually worked out well because it wasn't as loud as it normally is. Our server was enthusiastic, helpful, and knowledgeable. We had... More

This is by far our favorite place to eat on the Crystal Coast, however if you want a quiet dinner for two, you may want to go somewhere else. The food is fabulous from their appetizers to their main courses. Choose seafood or meat, it really doesn't matter- either will be terrific. I would suggest making reservations unless you want... We went here for a late dinner. The place is small but very echoey and it was hard for us to hear one another across the booth. We ordered sliders scallops caprese and the crab soup. All the food was delicious. Once a big group beside us left the noise level went way down and the experience was more enjoyable.

We dined here last week and enjoyed the food. It was very good. But, tables are crowded together and the noise level so high that my wife and I could not have a normal conversation. We had to shout across the table at each other. And this was on a weekday night. For that reason, we won't go back. Too... More

This is the best meal we had in the Crystal Coast. It's a smaller, more intimate setting without that touristy feel. We started off with the mac 'n cheese appetizer that is changed weekly. Last week it was a black and blue mac, with Gorgonzola cheese, red peppers, and a crunchy bread crumb topping. So delicious; we could have had... More

The food was delicious and the servers were kind and attentive. The best thing to do is make a reservation and then you don't even notice that the restaurant is small. I think the decor could b improved to make it more distinct.

What a great find! We used to live in vicinity and visited Atlantic Beach often, but never knew of this gem. We returned to the area on vacation and happily found it by chance. The food and service were spectacular. We had dinner here two nights in a row, once at a table (which we were lucky to get without... More
